Ordered food got my drinks then was told to wait up front, 30 minutes later no food. I go inside and it takes 10 minutes of the employees staring at me to finally come up and ask me what I needed and I asked for my food and he walks away. I wait for another 5 minutes and decide to go to the drive through again. I asked for my food after another 5 minutes of waiting and waited once again another 5 MINUTES before the kid working drive through said we don’t have your food and that he is new and doesn’t know what to do for me. I calmly asked him to just have them make our food so we can go, kid said “I can but I don’t know”. Went inside again and asked for a manager and explained everything that happened and finally got my food and new drinks after they double checked everything was in there. Got to my car double checked it myself just to find out more food was missing and had to go in again and ask for the remaining food. Horrible customer service and that kid needs some training on how to run drive through properly and how to talk to customers.

I would have given No stars at all! It made me put one in. I was picking up an order for a customer and there was no one at the counter. I said excuse me, I have a pick up order for Uber, they did not answer me at all. They heard me because they were 3 feet away making food. They were very rude. I will never come here again. I will let my friends and family know how the customer service is here. Horrible!

Hey Management, so scheduling 3 young boys (yes, their maturity level was that of a boy), looking like they are stoned out of their minds, and having them run your store was a smart idea. Management needs to respond as my order was completely wrong and I have called the store which has been left off the hook now for 3 hours, and rings busy now for the past 29 attempts, as well calling the Skye canyon to get the district managers information and corporates information to get my refund. It’s pretty sad to come to the reviews and see I’m not the only one who has encountered the high children running the store. Please RESPOND, I am taking this to DRG and may contact the police department.

Me and my family came in for breakfast. Ordering is pretty easy since they put the kiosks. The food came out nice and hot. The staff is super nice! Go 49ers!!

I had a very weird experience yesterday. I placed a mobile order and came thru the drive thru. When I pulled up the boy handed me my drink and just was laughing at me, not sure why if it was my appearance I’m grieving the loss of my father currently. Then he opened the window to have another young kid also laugh in my face. Then they kept trying to slam the window purposefully to try and scare me or get a reaction I didn’t give in. Just ignored it as they continued to laugh in my face. They both looked higher then a kite, I didn’t say anything wondering if they were trying to make a tik tok or whatever that was. A young Hispanic boy and a young white boy maybe 16 years of age (one had braces) I have a 17 year old so my guess would be that age. I would’ve just left but as it was placed thru the app it was already paid for. Then they had another young man eventually hand me my food. I’ve never had an issue at this location until now. Usually everyone is kind there very disappointing I’m still wondering what was so funny. As a reminder you never know what anyone else is going thru in life, it’s very unkind to treat people this way when frequenting your establishment. Very sad moment for me indeed. I will be trying to find out who the General Manager is here because that wasn’t okay.. it was about 2:20 pm. It’s obviously still bothering me as I just don’t understand why they decided to laugh at me like I was some freak show when I looked normal. No idea what all that was about. Please do better and train your staff better. Thankfully there is one on Skye Canyon because I would never return to this location and chance being laughed at in my face by literal children. I’m an adult tho so I can hold my composure and not make a huge deal but just thinking about this still I’m extremely bothered by this behavior. It felt pointless to ask for a manager yesterday as I just felt like I had all these teenagers coming to laugh at me in my face that there must not of been a store manager in the building because I’m sure they would’ve noticed them continuously trying to slam the window to get a reaction out of me it wasn’t quiet in the slightest. The location had nobody else there I’m genuinely curious why I was treated with such disrespect when I’m nothing but kind to others. I’m a person not some kind of object to taunt and laugh at. Truly disappointed and hurt that this is what we have to deal with in life.The situation gets worse. Just was called by the supposed General Manager she said her name was Dee she told me it didn’t happen they’re nice boys… I’m absolutely flabbergasted, kept interrupting me and I’m insulted to have her like interrogating me as if I did something wrong. Will be following up with the corporate office now. This is not okay. This did indeed happen the exact way as described I wish I wasn’t degraded and berated by children yesterday. Worst customer service ever.

For starters, the young teenage men you have there are rude. I placed my order but the workers decided to make order how get want it. The Doritos Los Taco was without lettuce. Let me tell you what I got. I got a teaspoon of meat and a fourth of a head of lettuce. The nacho chips and cheese I ordered had enough chips in the package and in the bag for two orders. The cheese in the container wasn't even half filled. I called to the store and after 9 calls, yes I said nine, a young man answered and said to the young man (Jacob). Jacob tells the young man that he should have never answered the phone. Once Jacob got the phone and said his name was Jacob, I asked if he's the manager. Jacob says yes and then hangs up the phone. I called back and no one would answer the phone. Based upon this, it lets me know that the workers don't care and Jacob is NOT a manager. If Jacob really is a manager, he needs a write up. This is POOR service and workers not wanting to work, which is NOT the customer's fault. If the staff doesn't want to work and don't want to be at work, that is NOT the customer's problem. The workers need to do their job. If there are no customers, then Jacob and the young man would NOT have a job. I have seen people get terminated for less. To the district manager, you need to send a secret shopper or just surprise them to see the subpar service they provide. Do NOT worry. I will NEVER patronize nor any other Taco Bell location. While this may sound harsh, this isn't the first time I have had a problem at this location. To those considering this location, don't even bother. It's not even worth it. I do NOT recommend this location.

Really disappointed in this Taco Bell. They refried my rolled chicken tacos as you can tell from the picture. They are chewy and not fresh at all. This Taco Bell is challenged for getting food, right
