Very rude woman when I asked for the bathroom key and then our food tasted weird. We are traveling from out of state and eat taco bell all the time at home. Never have I been treated so poorly and had such bad food and service at a taco bell. Your resturant staff needs a course in friendliness and customer service. We spent $50 and threw it all away after it tasting off and then reading the reviews.

I ordered a veggie box after long flight and late night. They delivered beef in one of the item. Cheesy fiesta potato was burnt and old. They did not put ice on my drink. I wonder if they will be able eat what they served.

I recently went to another Taco Bell excited as hell to relieve my childhood with the decades menu , only to be disappointed. This Taco Bell understood the assignment!!! Everything was awesome and pretty much nailed it. Not skimpy at all. I ordered other items and it was definitely, just as good and the quality you want when you go to Taco Bell. Employees were cool, polite and just awesome. This Taco Bell knows how to do Taco Bell right!!!

When you run your business on a skeleton crew because you're too cheap to pay for more employees, your service goes down the drain and you lose customers. But corporations don't care about that as long as they're making an extra buck.
