Ordered a vegan fresco style crunch wrap supreme and they put meat in it.
Haven’t had the Bell in a minute, didn’t disappoint. Ordering from the app and then picking up is the best option, plus you can some deals and also avoid the drive thru pressure. I will say always check your bag after, we were missing an item, not to blame them it was a bigger order, and they gave us the missing item when I stepped inside.

Tacos and burritos are always consistent but unfortunately the other similar fast food taco place is better it’s the weird cheese or maybe just very dry cheese at Taco Bell but the meat and beans still good . Look how little the burritos are now.

Pulled up and waited at the first speaker for 5 minutes no response on the speaker then I waited at the 2nd speaker. No response. A car then pulls up to the speaker behind me and they begin taking their order so I pull up to the window to make an order and the Spanish fella tells me I have to go back around and wait because the lady with the bull ring in her nose couldn’t do her job and was too busy to take my order. Never going to this location again. Normally don’t care but this location makes food poorly anyways I wonder why the employees probably Cant even read the language on the instructions.

I have never had an issue with this location as far as food. Today I was doing a delivery pick up order for a company and when I got there to pick it up the lady at the counter said, ‘That order been gone. Someone must have stolen it. We can’t re-make it.’ Welp. Off to write the google review. I recommend not ordering ahead of time from this location. I canceled the order and wasted my time. I did not even try to argue with her however, it’s definitely not the delivery person’s fault if somebody steals an order. Great customer service would entail to just remake it. (Tell me the news in a way that at the very least sounds like you can sympathize with me. Not rudely act like I did something wrong. I was there to help the restaurant.)
They lost me as a driver and I’m sure their hungry customer I wanted to help.
I don’t really know what to say. Honestly, I’m at a loss for words. Just go to the drive-through at this location is my best review.

Usually come here for a quick meal after work. Workers are generally nice. The ones working swing look like they don’t want to be there at the drive thru. one of the girls

Go to literally any other Taco Bell. This particular one likes to give no meat to drive through orders and then management argues with you about it. The rude Mexican lady manager today at 1:42pm today on 07/30/25 refused to give me my money back and just threw another tomato and lettuce filled crunch wrap at me. I will be writing corporate about this atrocious service as well as disputing these charges.

I went there on Saturday night at 3:40 AM. They stay open till 4 AM. However they have already turned their menu off so when I ordered, I had nothing to read from. I understand I was there 20 minutes before close but for someone who suffers with anxiety, not having a menu to read was awful. when I got to the window, the guy seemed visibly annoyed that I even ordered but if you close at 4 AM, you should expect people to order up until 4 AM. I got a chicken quesadilla, which was not cut making it really hard to eat as well as a burrito that seemed to be thrown together out of frustration that they had to make it.

Always good service at the drive-thru window. Friendly employees too. My go-to for late at night when I'm in that area. And I love the stylish jazzy Las Vegas style sign they have. Very cool looks great.

Sad to say but avoid going here, the young lady at drive thru very very rude an disrespectful. I called to complain because nobody that works hard for thier cash should have to be treated so rude and disrespectfully. Im yet to recive a response from leadership from this location. Please avoid this location. To the young lady, you should learn to speak to people respectfuly and profesional. Mu advice to you iz look for a job that better suits you.
