Waited 20 minutes and our food wasn't even made. Not quite sure what's going on back there, but quality service isn't it.

My UberEats app automatically defaults to this location this it's closer to my house. When I forget to switch to the Haulapai location, I immediately regret it. Food is always cold, even though I pay for priority delivery and the driver is fast. I always order something with beef, and they tend to give half the portion of meat than the Haulapai location. I've ordered supreme tacos on many occasions and they gave me regular tacos. Avoid this location.

They can't stop messing up every single order, something as simple as a nacho cheese cup is too hard for them to handle

Ordered cheesy toasted breakfast burrito- it wasn’t cheese toasted and it was as small as a taco. Not worth a dollar. This location is the one I always have issues with my order.

The problem with this location is my order is always wrong. Either something is missing , the wrong order completely, or I find out my food was not the one I requested. Out of 10 times I have been here my order was right 3 times.

If you're fully going to be closed at 1:30am you should change your drive through hours
This is a 2 dollar bean burrito. You guys suck.

The service would be better if there was a person who took the order.

I got a cravings box and the Crunchwrap gave me food poisoning. I bit into it and was clearly already spoiled. Normally this location is pretty good but this was a really bad experience.

Average food quality... N Durango and Buffalo both are usually better than this. No names called out or even a pickup shelf for orders. Everything is hidden behind the front counter and you have to flag someone down to get your food even though you're looking right at it. Inside is clean but entirely gray and lifeless.

Drive through girl was super rude, seemed like a teenager. I was picking up dinner for my family. Had 2 quesadillas & 4 tacos. She put 3 hot sauce packets in the bag. I nicely asked, could I have some more hot sauce please? & she rudely just grabbed a handful, I said thank you, she mumbled something & shut the window. Maybe I’m crazy, but 3 hot sauce packets for 6 items is a bit ridiculous & I don’t think I was rude asking for more. I will be going to the Taco Bell on Hualapai from now on.

I so wanted this Taco Bell to be good. They are not. Prices are just so so but not as bad as other fast food places. They all think they are fine dining now with the prices. Even though I'm close to this one, I will not be going there.

This Taco Bell location is still relatively new-ish and every single time I go they forget a ton of things in my order. Today was the worst. I Spent less than $20- got 9 items- and they forgot literally half my order. Please get it together at this location.
