I’ve had the worst customer service experience ever at this Taco Bell — not just once, but twice. The first time, a guy named Kevin was extremely rude and even gave me the finger as I was leaving — and my kids saw it from the back seat. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. I decided to give this location another chance, but today the ladies working were just as rude and disrespectful. There’s no sense of customer care or basic courtesy here. I’ll never be coming back.

Placed an order for pick from 215/Cheyenne. About 10 minutes later drove past the restaurant to pick up my coffee from another establishment. There were two people in the drive thru no cars in the parking lot. Picked up my coffee and drove back to TB. There were about 5 cars in the drive thru. Went inside to pick up my order and they hadn’t started it yet. I don’t get it. Why offer an order ahead option if you don’t start the order until the person shows up. Maybe I’m being petty but there’s a reason I ordered ahead and expected my meal to be ready for pick up.

Came home to enjoy my pregnancy craving only to find my order wrong…..I’m an understanding person but it was morning time and I was the only one there so not understanding how it was wrong.

Parts of our order were missing, the chalupa I got the bread or whatever on the outside was stale, the lettuce and stuff had a hint of mold flavor. The menu just says soft drinks and not which ones are available, and the drive through speaker is practically impossible to hear as it kept stuttering and cutting out. Overall a frustrating experience and a ruined dinner. Only use the app to order from Taco Bell and never go to this participating one I guess

Just went through the drive thru at this location and I cannot understand how they got my order wrong, twice, by two different people. The first person, he sounded confused. The second person, she had an attitude, didn't let me finish my order, cut me off, and gave me a total. Left them with their nonsense (no one in their drive thru should've told me to leave) and went to the nearest other location on Durango. The Durango location had a large line in their drive thru, they were able to take the order correctly, and they were very kind.

You can tell the food was not fresh. Chalupa bread is hard and my taco is soggy. Seems like different staff was hired. Not the same quality.
