Came through the drive-through on a Sunday after noon. The worker that took my order seemed to be in a bad mood I order 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos. I answer if they could be grilled as well as for them to “go fresco” on them. Then worker add fresco then add Pico de gallo which add a up charge. I asked worker about is. And she stated it was a up charge then stated that she had to charge me for the tomato because used. I advised the worker does charge when going through the app? And it doesn’t charge on the menu but charging as extra pico de gallo when she added it to the register when she put it on the computer. Worker got irritated that I was asking questions and stated she will give it to me this time but next time I will have to pay. I also asked for an order of fries. Once receiving my food the fries were placed in the bag upside down. Both my burrito weren’t grilled and barely has any beans. Fries weren’t hot and when I tried to get the cashier's attention she completely ignored me. This was the frustrating interaction with Taco Bell I have ever had.

I ordered 8 crunchy tacos, and they gave me only 7, and 1 soft taco, and a $7.00 box, and it was a soft taco placed in there as well. No one listens to well anymore.

Good food with great customer service. We picked up at the drive through and ate in my car. The parking lot has music blasting, presumably to keep the homeless and drifters away. Overall, not bad. My favorites are the nachos Bell grande, bean burrito (when the red sauce is done correctly), gorditas and the chicken quesadilla. Don't forget to add the jalapeno sauce for added flavor!
Parking: The lot is well maintained and good visibility.
