Food was absolutely delicious. I came during the dinner rush. The drive time was short. Food was piping hot. Joshua working the drive thru has excellent customer service skills. It’s nice to see someone doing their job with a pleasant attitude. Overall a great experience.

I am a very fair rater of restaurants, and I like Taco Bell, but this particular one deserves the one star. Right when I pull up to the window I was told that it would be at least a 10 minute wait. I was the only car there in the drive-thru it was at a slow time on a Sunday evening. I said fine because I thought it probably wouldn't take 10 minutes. I ordered something was told that they didn't have that at the moment. The next thing I ordered I was told they didn't have that either. I finally ordered a third different combo menu and the purple mountain dew with it. The purple midnight Baja mountain dew is the new special right now which is Taco Bell's biggest promo and is all over the menu. I was then told that they don't have that either and I said you're out of it? They said no it's no longer available it was just a limited time thing. I know that's not true of course and then I realized that they were almost certainly lying about everything. The 10-minute wait is because they're taking gravity bong rips in the cooler. Hopefully whoever owns this franchise reads this and gets real staff to work there although I know that's difficult. By the way never let anybody tell you they don't have the purple mountain dew of course they do. Save yourself the trouble and just go to the Taco Bell that's on Decatur or Craig there are a few within a mile and a half of this location.

This is a sanctuary restaurant with a homeless population that comes and goes. The mgr refused to clean the restroom upon my request. I will be reaching out to the board of health today and we will get it documented. Be better.

Simple, get people back in the place I shouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes to get my taco because I have to order on the electronic screen, and the drive-through gets all the attention. Shame.
Taco Bell is a place that is pretty good it's a Mexican restaurant yet but it's not as spicy as the most I really like Taco Bell
Vegetarian options: for now it's a good price for Taco Bell I mean it's expensive for fast food but still a good price
Dietary restrictions: can't speak on something that I really don't know about
Parking: it's right in a strip mall setting so there's other things you could do wow being at Taco Bell
Kid-friendliness: you can bring your kids here so I guess that means it's kids friendly
Wheelchair accessibility: I'm sure you can wheel a wheelchair if you had one so that means yes it's a wheelchair friendly

Other than when I get a medium drink it is smaller than the small I have had decent experience the food is okay and the customer service is good. I use reward points often because my husband and I eat here daily and using my reward points I feel that they are a little snarky, like it's coming out of their check, or like I didn't earn it. Oh well, overlooking that they are friendly to people but it just looks very forced.
