They mess up your order then get mad when you bring it back for them to fix it

Literally trapped in the drive thru for nearly 20 minutes with a screaming baby in the car. The phone line to this building does not work. The car in front of me refused to move, at the speaker was refusing to move. The six cars behind me also not moving

The guy who took my order tonight at the drive thru was so incredibly polite. He greeted me as soon as I pulled up and told me to order when I was ready. I don’t eat here often so I needed a few moments to look over the menu.
The drive thru menu has a lot going on. I don’t think the food images are large enough. There were also images of food that popped up along the bottom of the screen. One of the those item was for a Grilled Cheese Burrito combo. That caught my eye so that’s what I ordered. Towards the bottom of the menu there was also a $7 Deluxe Box combo so I got one of the those too. The box was loaded with food so it seemed like a really good value.
My food came quickly and my order was accurate. Once I started to dig in the food looked like it was prepared with care. Nothing looked sloppy, there were no soggy tacos and everything was warm like it had just been prepared. My visit here was perfect.

So I haven't actually walked into a Taco Bell in many moons. Got directed to a self order kiosk by a lovely young lady who was willing to assist me, although I am familiar with them. Now here's the rub. They (Taco Bell Corp, whoever it happens to be, probably Yum) Is using this 'technology to phase out interacting with employees at the register. This is not how you run a business.

Don't order from the app at this location. They will take things off but still charges you full price! I've ordered the Luxe box many times and it comes with 4 items but if you order on their app they take away items! I went inside to ask for the rest of my food (chalupa's) and was told that I got what I paid for. When I mentioned that they advertised it as having a 5 layer burrito, taco, chalupa, chips with cheese and a drink, all I got was a shrug and was told that they are changing the app and I got what I paid for. I again told her that they advertised it so I wanted it to just be brushed off. WORST PLACE! NEVER GO HERE!
