Tacos El Gordo never disappoints, and their newest Las Vegas location is no exception! I had the carne asada, tripas, and al pastor tacos, and all were absolutely amazing. The carne asada was tender, juicy, and full of smoky flavor, while the tripas were perfectly crispy on the outside yet tender inside—just how they should be!
The service was fast, the ingredients were fresh, and the salsa bar had great options to top off the tacos. If you’re a fan of authentic street-style tacos, this place is a must-visit in Vegas. Highly recommend!

Oh my!! This place has DEFINITELY exceeded my expectations! We had some asada, adobada, and lengua tacos with a side of fries. Everything was DELICIOUS!! Tacos were hot and fresh, fries were crispy. There wasn’t a line when we got there so we got our food fairly quickly Highly HIGHLY recommend this place! We will definitely be returning!

As a first timer who does not speak Spanish it was a little confusing at first. But after a couple of minutes of observing it became obvious what to do.
There is a wide line of pork, asada, and tortilla stations. You order what you would like from each station and they cook it over a grill in front of you! Can be 15 seconds and can be 15 minutes it’s just the nature of cooking over charcoal and fresh but does wonders for the texture!
Once your tray is loaded up with what you would like you go to the register to pay for your tray.
The food was honestly not bad but not great. It was missing seasoning/flavor which was resolved by adding some of their incredibly spicy garlic sauce and salt. I was sad not to have any rice and beans to go with it but they did have some grilled onions and Chile’s you could ask for. After paying there is some sliced radish which goes good with almost anything you order.
I will come here over and over again regardless of the mid food simply for the orange banger! This whipped drink is a Dr. J on steroids and is on tap!

Delicious and fresh juicy meat. Food was very good. Look at the Arrows on the menu (where to order based on which meat you want). Very friendly and make sure to tell them No Salsa/avocado or anything you Don’t want when you order bc they put everything on it. Definitely try this place out.
