Tacos El Gordo never disappoints, and their newest Las Vegas location is no exception! I had the carne asada, tripas, and al pastor tacos, and all were absolutely amazing. The carne asada was tender, juicy, and full of smoky flavor, while the tripas were perfectly crispy on the outside yet tender inside—just how they should be!

Oh my!! This place has DEFINITELY exceeded my expectations! We had some asada, adobada, and lengua tacos with a side of fries. Everything was DELICIOUS!!
Tacos were hot and fresh, fries were crispy. There wasn’t a line when we got there so we got our food fairly quickly
Highly HIGHLY recommend this place! We will definitely be returning!

As a first timer who does not speak Spanish it was a little confusing at first. But after a couple of minutes of observing it became obvious what to do.

There is a wide line of pork, asada, and tortilla stations. You order what you would like from each station and they cook it over a grill in front of you! Can be 15 seconds and can be 15 minutes it’s just the nature of cooking over charcoal and fresh but does wonders for the texture!
