Beans and rice were cold, birria was super dry but the adobada was very good.

I walked in here with my kids a few weeks back and I totally forgot to leave a review. First the customer service was on par, I walked in 10 minutes before opening( I didn’t realize because the door was open) and they made my food anyway . Everything I ordered was freaking amazing! Right up there with tacos el gordo in my opinion. The adobada was juicy and full of flavor, the steak and beans taco was yummy too. And it was decently priced. I want to return with my husband! Thank you!

California Burrito Ratings (14th Stop): Tacos El Cabron
Embarking on a mission to rank SD's iconic California burritos!
The Product: This burrito stands out for its heavy dose of greens and grilled meat—super charred, which I personally vibe with. It’s hefty; couldn’t finish it in one sitting. Price tag? Around $16, which is above SD’s average. Flavor didn’t quite match the cost. 5 out of 10.
The Service: Casual interaction. The girl at the counter seemed glued to her phone most of the time. 3 out of 10.
The Vibe: The decor has cool elements that could set a great atmosphere, but the overall vibe felt a bit neglected. 7 out of 10.

Good service. The manager was nice to warm my tacos as it got cold because I stepped outside to take a call. Tacos were delicious.

Just popped in today for a quick bite and was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. I ordered a couple of chicken burritos stuffed with French fries which was a unique combination but it was really delicious. Great flavors and the sauces available make it even better. The manager greeted us nicely and was very pleasant to speak to. Overall great experience and value for the food. Will return again soon!

The birria tacos didn’t taste good at all very dry, barely any flavor, and the margaritas were watered down and turned me down when I asked for an extra shot in it.

Don't go here - Got 2 Asada and 2 Adobado they weren't even edible, the Asada tasted like it had gone off a week ago and the Adobado was as dry as wood. Threw them both away and that's saying something I never waste food.
Been to other Taco places around here several times and never had anything anywhere near this bad. I've only ever had tacos this bad one other time in my life and that was in the middle of nowhere in Three rivers. There's so many better food places around here don't waste your money.
