Looking for a cemitas poblanas I found this place, the truth is they are very simple and the portion is small, they lack the shredded cheese and more flavor, the place is not very clean, but the service is very good, they are very friendly.

I hope the owner sees this...I am a frequent customer, I usually go to the Tropicana location today I came to Charleston and I was very disappointed the cashier who served me is a thief, she overcharges me, I am an accountant and I work for the IRS. I know that what she did is illegal. She charged me more than $5 in taxes. She charged me for the food individually and for each item she added more than $1 additional to the cost of the food. He often charged me $14 when the menu shows almost 12 total. I paid more than $30 per something I usually pay $20 at the other location. This needs to be corrected. It's not so much the money, it's the dishonesty. If you leave your name in the comments, I'll be happy to talk to you to explain better. It's not fair that you have such beautiful restaurants and delicious food for them to make this crap.

The cashier at the register this morning was not welcoming. I overheard two other customers saying that she had a bad attitude Which I had agreed, however I usually come and get the same thing which is a Asada burrito & 2 I was overcharged. She gave me two numbers for one order. When I got home, I realized that my Tacos were plain not asada. My burrito was not Asada. It was some shredded beef very dry not seasoned and disgusting. I called. No one answered the phone if I didn’t live so far, I would have took it back and got my money.

After a long day, we were eager for a decent meal, but this place was a complete disaster. The area reeks of sewage, and the inside is filthy and outdated. It’s hard to believe a restaurant in this condition is still open.
The service was even worse. The cashier was rude and dismissive. When my husband asked for details about the menu items, she simply tapped on a picture, refusing to explain further. I asked what was in a torta, and instead of answering clearly, she gave a vague response and repeated condescendingly, “It’s whatever comes in a regular torta.” Each place makes them differently, so her answer was useless.
We walked out without ordering. I would never come back here, and I strongly urge you to avoid this place. Don’t waste your time or money.
