This is an AWESOME local roaster/coffee shop with some amazing coffee. Their drip coffee is berry delicious & their mango sticky rice matcha is my favorite. Quality coffee, good vibes & lots of good food nearby.

Great experience. Liked the cortado so much that I bought a couple pounds of their beans. Their espresso machine was unique in that it was built into the counter and there was a flow profile setup by the roaster to get the best out of that specific blend. Highly recommend. Didn’t have one of these cookie croissants but thought it was noteworthy enough to take a picture of.

This was our 1st time trying it. It was good coffee. The staff was friendly. It took a little bit of waiting before we got our coffee so if you're in a hurry its not the best option but worth checking out if youre in the area

Excellent pour over. I had the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe. They say it was medium, but much closer to Light. Good flavor profile and nice little patio outside to check emails.

I came in here on a whim and wow im glad I did. Take it easy is the perfect name because as soon as you enter you are wrapped in a warm cozy vibe that reminds you to slow down. Empanadas and coffee were fire ty!
Guava & queso, and breakfast empanadas were amazing. Cold brew is also great here. Second time visiting from out of state, and it does not fail to hit the spot.

The ambiance and esthetic of the space was inviting, clean, and relaxing. The staff was knowledgeable and patient. The food and drinks were excellent. We had a tres leches cinnamon roll, an apple crumb muffin, matcha latte, and pour over coffee. Fabulous!
