Take It Easy Roasters is a gem of a coffee shop! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm, welcoming customer service that makes you feel right at home. The space is beautiful — clean, thoughtfully designed, and perfect whether you’re meeting a friend or getting some work done.

The coffee? Absolutely delicious. You can tell they take pride in their roasting and craft — rich, flavorful, and consistently excellent. I also tried the empanadas and was blown away — perfectly baked, savory, and satisfying. They pair so well with a cup of coffee!

If you’re looking for a place that combines quality, comfort, and great service, this is it. Highly recommend!

Moinet Cafe was busy so we noticed this place close by so we decided to go here and we were pleasantly surprised with the selection in the drinks. With places like this I don't understand how Starbucks even exist. The staff here takes pride in their work and pride in the business here. I love it.

This is a hidden little gem in Chinatown. Highly emphasize the hidden, you probably have driven past this place a dozen or more times in your day to day of you're in the area. But it's a fantastic spot. It's very small so you might have to get your order to go, but it's worth it. They have a great staff and a very nice menu. It's also a roaster so they have their own coffee. I had some tea and empanadas and that was a treat. They make them to order so they are as fresh as they can be. Awesome spot to check out if you can.

One of the best coffees I've had in Las Vegas I don't know what the blend is they use but boy is it ever nice I don't like a bitter coffee. I also had some delicious Colombian cheese bread they have some interesting pastries here. The people were super friendly and a service was amazing.

The pastry offerings went down hill. They are smaller. Ham and cheese croissant is not made anymore. The food is expensive for what you get.

Absolutely amazing experience at Take It Easy Roasters!
From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was calm, inviting, and perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. We ordered coffee and were blown away by how well it was made. The microfoam was silky smooth, and the roast was rich and flavorful—clearly made by someone who knows their craft. If you’re a coffee perfectionist or just love a great cup, this place is 100% worth the stop, especially if you’re on the Strip.

The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and you can tell there’s a lot of care behind everything they do. They also bake in-house, and we had a vegan muffin that was so good it disappeared before I could even snap a photo.

Amazing place and totally worth the drive from downtown. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff. I did light work sitting at the bar, a couple other people were in there working on laptops. Pretty tasty empanadas. I ordered 2 from the sweet menu. The fruit flavors are pastry fillings. If you don’t ask that will automatically fry the empanada. The second one I asked specifically for baked and it was ready in about 20 minutes. The cafe Americano is really brewed coffee stored in a large insulated canister. It’s freshly brewed though. I think the espresso would be good there.
