Traveling for work it's always an adventure to find a local roasters that has a good cup of coffee. In all my travels to Las Vegas over the past 20 years these guys have the best cup of coffee to date I've found coming here. And the food was a solid 10/10. Highly recommend
Decent coffee great scone. But, not the take it easy vibe. It was like going into a concert ( you didn't want to see) 80s nirvana and others blasting. Nothing against Nirvana but the volume was so high couldn't hear myself singing come as you are! Taking it easy would have been better services while drinking my cup of jobe if the volume was below 7. Tone it down :(. I ended up leaving fast because of the noise level.

A little hard to find in China town. It’s off Twain on the west side. All the pastries we tried are amazing. Cool atmosphere but it is small.

The cappuccino was $5.5 and the fried breakfast empanada was $6.
Cappuccino was a disappointment for me. It didn't look nice and the foam didn't look right either. Where is the smooth foam? Looks like someone just put some foam on top of the drink because they messed it up. The flavor of the coffee wasn't good either. It tastes sour. I should have just gone to Starbucks.
The empanada was okay.
Service was okay.
Music was a bit too loud.

Good stuff. A bit loud inside, but that should be expected for a working kitchen with seats.

Got a Cortado. The milk was quite foamy. Love the atmosphere of the place but annoyed that we showed up 45 min before closing and they said everything was to go. I said we would easily finish a cortado before then but still wasn’t allowed to stay.
Parking is also a bit confusing and limited behind the building.

From the branding to the amazing customer service Take It Easy is one of Las Vegas’ finest coffee shops. The attention to quality from the owners and their staff makes this experience polished and must to visit. Keep up the quality and great staff and you can have a great chain of coffee shops if you don’t already have it! 🦥⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Although Makers & Finders was slow out the gate on Main Street it cannot be argued that Josh Molina was one of the first investors in Las Vegas Arts District, and now with three locations from Downtown Summerlin to Henderson his “Take It Easy Roasters” stands somewhere in the middle both in terms of location as well as branding.
Focused on good Coffee with less bustle than Makers & Finders, a tucked away space on Wynn Road off Spring Mountain generating far less foot-traffic than Molina’s other concepts, it is inside that guests will find friendly service plus a Pastry case featuring both sweet and savory Empanadas as well as other Baked Goods.
Catering to dietary preferences including Vegans, a number of Milk-alternatives offered for Lattes and other Beverages, Espresso features a good Crema plus bold acidity well suited to items such as Choux filled with Espresso Cream, Pistachio Croissants or a “Big” Cinnamon Roll beneath Cream Cheese Frosting.
Taking a Colombian twist with Pandebono, think bagel-shaped Pao de Queijo, Empanadas are crisp but flaky with ample filling while seasonal Pop Tarts are the same with added sugar shellacking – in this case atop Pumpkin Cream Cheese.

Americano was great-smooth and well balanced. Coffee shop was a little incognito from the outside.

This place has a warm feeling when you walk in very inviting. I got the breakfast ham and cheese croissant it was great. I also got the rib empanada that was amazing and flavorful. The Horchata drink i got was real bland and wasn't to my liking, but that's just me. On the other hand, the tiramisu latte was great. I will definitely be back.

The entire cafe smells good when they’re roasting coffee beans! Delicious flat white with a slight taste of sourness but not overwhelming
