This is the 2nd time I come to
This place, food is great/ snacks are great, but I asked for a bigger size raspado and they said they only make large and small, and if I wanted a bigger size it would cost me $12.99 each I have never heard of such a thing a raspado for $12.99 thats insane no where in the store they have advertised a raspado for $12.99 . The lady could have said we don’t have bigger size, period o felt like she wanted to rip me off. ?

Horrible customer service, asked for her to do her job and she had an attitude the whole time. Horrible atmosphere, I do not recommend anyone coming here unless you want your day to turn upside down. Thanks to her, will never come back.

Was in town from Texas for a week for my little sister’s birthday & after careful consideration comparing multiple spot’s around Vegas I chose them. Their fresas con crema lived up to the pictures. Had it two day’s in a row & will be back every time I visit!

The food is good, but the service is terrible, they do not have an order to deliver the food and they do not mind leaving people waiting while they are talking or taking inventory
