We visit the Suncoast casino and decided to eat at Taste of Asia and we order several plates. The food was well prepared and clean. And the server was always attentive to our needs..
I came here because of YouTube videos suggesting this place. I was so disappointed. The eggroll filling was mushy/pasty, and green onion pancakes were okay. The decor was pretty, and the establishment was clean, but the food was disappointing.
I went there for the lunch special it came out to $14 after tax I got a nice sized bowl of soup the hot and sour soup was very authentic then I got the Sweet Basil eggplant dish it was amazing and I never tried this dish before the environment is relaxing the only issue is when I was eating I would get wiffs of the cigarette smoke from the casino otherwise the atmosphere would be four stars. The plate was a big Plate not a normal sized plate š½ and the bowl of soup was larger than most lunch specials.
The food is not bad but not outstanding. Good thing is that they have plenty of choices for different flower teas and drinks. Had lunch twice here and the most recent is the dinner. Donāt suggest coming here for dinner at night since some Dim-sums are obviously reheated. The dishes are always delicious and cooked properly though. Good service and attentive waiters though.
Only disappointment is that no fortune cookies at the end of the meal, again, after Covid 19, very few Chinese restaurants in vegas still keep the fortune cookie tradition.
Food was overpriced. Over $120 for two people and no e alcoholic drinks just tea. The food made me very ill. Well both of us very ill. Wontons were made very oddly with yellow stuff in mixed in with the cream cheese and crab.
It was my first time here. Everyone was very nice and engaging. The service is great and so is the food. The happy hour is great! You have to try it for yourself. Give them a try!
Went here for dim sum with the family. It was delicious and the service was good!
First time and definitely wonāt be the last! We enjoyed our food! Will slowly try everything in their menu.
Update:
Fried rice is not the yang chow Iām looking for.
Noodles are pretty good but needs a slight more flavor for the beef and the servings are on the smaller side.
Salt and pepper pork chops are good
Boba is delicious
Xiao long bao is delicious
I ordered the sweet and sour chicken. To those who've had Chinese food in the past, this dish is not right. Each piece of chicken had its own unique texture which was mostly rubbery and stringy. The flavor was so off. I was expected breaded chicken which this was not. It tastes gross. I love Chinese food and this isn't it. Steer clear.
Beyond awful. Cook needs to know how to cook chicken. Very rare. I definitely would not recommend this place. Call out for order instead from another restaurant.
Yucky food. To pricey for food that taste awful.

Really enjoyed the food. All dishes were delicious.
Service was good too.
Best Cantonese chineese food in Las Vegas! The Mongolian beef was fantastic! Orange chicken wasn't made with corn syrup. Wasn't hard, was perfect. Egg drop soup was delicious, the tea was hearty. Overall my whole family enjoyed it! Service was ok, she seemed to prefer to serve and stay around the chineese customers rather than check on on us.
My wife was craving salt and pepper pork and I didnāt feel like driving so DoorDash it was. It was my first time ordering from Taste of Asia and I had never actually dined in at the restaurant before. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the roast duck. I personally think itās one of the best roast ducks I have tried. The salt and pepper pork chop hit the spot for my wife; I didnāt like it so much though. The chow mein was pretty Al dente and actually contained a lot of meat which is unheard of in todayās day and age. I highly recommend getting takeout from Taste of Asia and will be ordering from them anytime I am craving Chinese food now.
First of food is awesome. We had the soup dumplings, night fried rice, vegetarian special, and sesame balls. Really solid dim sum as well. My partner ordered additional.
The service may be some of the best Iāve had. Super fast to get seated, be waited on, served, never had to ask for anything. They were on top of refilling drinks, and brought the sesame balls right at the perfect time. They cleared the dishes well and my personal favorite was not having to ask for the check.
Not sure why it's rated below 4 stars. Had the 9.99 lunch special and it really hit the spot. Soup was hot.
