Good variety and prices. Stripmall can be very crowded and congested. But if you walk the whole place. 10/10 area.

Everything I've had here has been great. My go-to is the super fruit cup, and I add sago. This is the everyone's cup of tea (see what I did there) but I love it. It gives the drink a creaminess, and I love sago. The strawberry matcha and mango pomelo sago are also amazing.

Overpriced and overhyped place. Obnoxious long lines.

Tell me why at a bit before 10pm when the online hours and door says open til 11pm... the sign says open but the doors are locked? Disappointed. This is the first thing we wanted after our flight. Visited: 07/25/2025. They shouldve at least made a note on the door if they were leaving and closing early

We spent over $250 in 4 days at this place. That’s how good it was. They don’t cheat you on the amount and quality of the product. That mango shake boba was so good that my blood sugar was always spiking. The taro one was phenomenal. I can’t wait to go again.

Staff was friendly and willing to help , drinks were delicious and fair priced. I got an iced matcha but opted to get 75% sweet instead of the standard of 100% if you like things mildly sweet I would cut the sugar as well . Overall a very cute face pace store. The line builds up but the wait was next to nothing . Very quick service! Will be back soon for sure !

I love the strawberry matcha, delicious and reasonably priced. The place is usually packed, but the service is fast, so you don’t have to worry about waiting in a long line.

I 💗 Tea Maison. We pretty much buy drinks whenever we go to Shanghi Plaza. There is a male CS rep there who wears glasses (sorry I dont know your name) who is always friendly and provides great customer service. He knows our orders and even remembers my subs/prefs for drinks which I think is amazing since they are usually busy. All of their people are welcoming and the drinks are really good. If you're going to Shanghi Plaza, check them out.

Was in the area at 888 collectibles on the second floor, and stumbled upon this restaurant while walking outside in the heat. Got the Hong Kong lemon style tea, which was very refreshing on a hot day.

They have a wide selection of unique drinks, including fruit teas, cheese foam, and even seasonal specials.

The shop itself is cozy and stylish, perfect for a quick hangout or Instagram photo. Service was friendly and helpful when I wasn’t sure what to order.
