This is the second location, located in the Silverado Ranch area. Compared to the Chinatown location, it’s less busy and has seating, which makes for a more relaxed visit. I tried the matcha tea — it was okay, but the matcha settled at the bottom after a while. I’ll try a different drink next time. Physical menu is better; text on screen is in very small font.

I was so happy to have a great little place to get unsweetened matcha green tea.
I found this from searching online and it was a match made on heaven as I was already going to the shopping center.
The girl that greeted me was so kind and answered all my questions regarding the tea plus the options available. It can be hard to find options as I don't eat/drink sugar but they had this available!
It was a more earthy flavored matcha. I can't wait to come back for more!

not very flexible place - no customization, you can’t do “no ice” for your ice tea?! This is no longer my choice?! Also they can’t even mix flavors as every other boba places. Even new girl at the register felt embarrassed for the rules of this place, but she recommend good tea (super fruit tea) which helped to add one more star to this review. Also one more star for fun design of cups and the place

Try the superfruit cup, mango pamelo sago drink, Thai slush and many of their green teas.
You pay extra for light ice and still get a lot of ice.

I ordered online and got a text that my order was ready for pickup before it’s actually done. The drink is not bad but the staff is rude. I don’t know why the guy has an attitude when they are not even busy. Will not come back to this place or recommend to anyone.

If you live in the area definitely recommend coming here rather than shanghai plaza because it will not be busy. drinks take faster and store was spacious. Great service and nice atmosphere.
