I come here often, the drinks are good and its always fresh. The company themselves has some great seasonal drinks - like the Flamingo or the current banana honey comb stuff. I havent had anything bad and find myself coming back time and time again. Billy, the Manager between Summerlin and Henderson, is a personable guy who really likes his regulars. Went here after work yesterday and it was such a nice experience! Greeted right off the bat by the employee working there, even though they were in the middle of a task - and my order was done before I knew it!! Definitely better than some of my other boba experiences elsewhere!

Today, May 23rd, at 1990 Village Center Cir, Suite 9, Las Vegas, NV 89134, the associate is alone, doing his best to fulfill all orders. Upset customers are yelling at him, causing discomfort to other customers. Management needs to support Ben and should highly recognize his efforts.
