Chris (Chrisypooh) is super friendly. He made great drink recommendations and suggested we try the flan for desert.
The food was prepared quickly and was delicious. The bacon wrapped shrimp was awesome. The $5 Friday fish tacos (fried or grilled) were really good and that flan was to die for.

Outstanding! The food was delicious! I had a HUGE steak street Taco. Chris, the waiter, was excellent, personable and knowledgeable. I'm from Vegas, live in Utah now. I heard great things about Te'Kila Lil Time on LV Food Scene on FB. Made this my first stop when I came to town. I'll be back and tell friends and family.
