Mediocre low quality overpriced sushi served in a box. It has been the only disappointing meal during my stay at the Aria.

December 2025:
Ordered a poke bowl and was happy with my meal. Would come back for more sushi and or poke bowl!

December 2022:
Stopped by for dinner and had some tasty hand rolls. They were just opening but the sushi hit 🎯 the spot.

Would come back again for more sushi!

I must express my disappointment with my recent order. The lobster rolls, priced at $36 for eight pieces, did not meet my expectations. The lobster meat was cold and lacked freshness, and the sushi rice was overly mushy. It felt as though I was paying for the establishment's overhead rather than the quality of the food. Additionally, the green tea appeared to be colored water without any discernible tea flavor. I would not recommend this particular location.

Yeah, no. $50 plus $5 in tax for 14-15 sushi pieces made up of 90% rice and 10% rather tasteless pieces of seafood, I hope. A profitable business if you get away with it. Product cost estimated to be about $2.30.

Handrolls were the highlight! Toro, lobster, blue and king crab handrolls are a must!

On our last day in Vegas, we wanted to grab lunch before heading in the road. When we found out Temaki doesn't do hand rolls to go, we opted to dine in.

It wasn't crowded at all on a weekday at 1 pm so our group of 4 had no problems finding a spot on the bar. We all ordered the 5 hand roll set ($38) and added an order of the Maine lobster hand roll ($15). The 5 hand roll set includes salmon, yellowtail, blue crab, bay scallop, and spicy tuna. The best one of the 5 was the yellowtail and the blue crab. Least favorite was the spicy tuna. The Maine lobster roll is skippable. If you opt to do a la carte rolls, definitely get the blue crab, as it isn't heavy with the mayo, and the yellowtail, as they mix in crunchy rice cracker pieces called bubu arare with the yellowtail, giving it an enhanced texture and taste. We tried finding bubu arare in Los Angeles when we got home but none of the Japanese markets nor other Asian markets carry this, so we'd have to find out where Temaki sources theirs!

Great service from our server / hand roll preparer and we appreciate him letting us know about the bubu arare. While I miss the Aria buffet (this food court replaced it), I'm glad there's a decent hand roll business to take its place and to fill my sushi needs in a quick serve setting.

Temaki is located in a food court in Aria. It’s pretty convenient to order from any of the spots in this area. The sushi is decently priced and was well prepared. The service and chef were very friendly and helpful and made the experience that much more enjoyable.

Walked two miles for the menu online and then they ended up only having salmon, yellow tail and tuna.

Please don't worry about this place.

Been here a few times.

Just go to the handroll place in the Cosmopolitan or The Venetian.

They are better. Better service, better recipes, better drinks, better vibe.

Hopefully, they aren't all under the same ownership because that would be embarrassing.
