Ordered the filet mignon and it was anything but tender. Extremely tough. I took a few bites and spit out a couple I could not swallow the steak after chewing it.
I told the server , I was not looking for a free meal but he did nothing about it just took my plate full of food away. Very weird. I am not recommending this restaurant in any way.
Do not sleep on making a reservation here! Top notch experience, ambience, service and food!! Tucked away in the Luxor, if you love fine dining - book immediately and ask for Fernando. He was truly perfect! I had the salmon and my husband got a filet. Delicious!! And Fernando brought us a dessert on him and it was DIVINE! Awesome wine selection as well.
It was superb and an outstanding dining experience with everything you would expect from a great steakhouse. Two thumbs up!!
We visited Tender for the first time last weekend. Our waiter was an older gentleman and he did not give us the same pleasant service he gave the table next to us. Neither did the busboy. It appeared as though we were profiled based on our skin color. We’ve been to other steakhouses in Vegas and never received this type of service before. The steaks were okay and so were the sides. Sadly, the dinner experience was not it.
We had a wonderful dinner before seeing Blue Man Group! Excellent cocktails, delicious meal!
Phenomenal. The whole experience. Service was GREAT and the food was even better. Toffee Cheesecake was out of this world.
This is a surprisingly quiet steakhouse right next to Luxor Casino. We ate at the bar, and the service was great.
I've dined at this steakhouse off and on for decades. After MGM took over and a new chef was brought in several years ago it went downhill. Came back to see if things were better. The menu is still limited, but has a good selection. There was a Wagu special the night we were there, so my wife and I split a wedge salad and the special. The steak was a good size portion, about 14oz, and we'll marbled making for a butter bit everytime. It was served over mashed potatoes with a side of asparagus, both tasty. We also order a side of risotto, which was ok. Service was spot on, along with pace of meal. The only negative is we were seated near the end of the bar and a lady sitting at the bar was having a loud phone conversation dropping f bombs like a B52 on a strafing run. Next time I'll insist on being further from the entry as the resturant was only half full.
Great food in a wonderful setting. Steaks are marvwlous Just avoid the ondon soup the rest is superb
Filet steak… unreal. Chips a plenty. Service great. A little on the expensive side, but I’d visit again.

I absolutely LOVED this place! The food was so good, fresh. The atmosphere is relaxing. Tall 3/4 round booths that were comfy. Our server John was super knowledgeable of the menu and very attentive. I will be visiting every time I go to Vegas!!
I came into Las Vegas to get married. Staying at the Luxor. It’s my wedding night and we decided to have our personal celebration of the days event at the chapel to Tenders Steak House.
18 ounce bone in ribeye was a tragedy! Couldn’t even get through it with a steak knife! Extremely chewy! Inedible.
New wife ordered the fillet mignon medium. Came out rare plus! Re-fire!
Truffled mushroom risotto not a hint of the famed fungus, swimming in a bowl of grease and liquid.
Funny the soup of the day listed at 17 dollars. I did not expect to get 4 ounces of tomato soup.
Caesar salad lettuce brown.
No pre-bussing. All either left empty handed and or just walked on by.
I am a retired Executive Chef of 37 years with 10 years of that spent with Morton’s of Chicago steakhouses. if I was running this kitchen, I would expect to be fired. Very unhappy and they even knew we had gotten married that afternoon. No attention and or recognition of that at all! The Luxor and the tender steakhouse it boasts have failed us greatly! still in the building for another day but will be very cautious of the food offerings. We are so disappointed.
The main meal and salad was wonderful. Service was wonderful but the bread was terrible. I think they need to get a new supplier.
It was a great experience! The food and service were of the highest quality! It was so good in fact, we are going to dine there tonight as well!
Delicious steaks, the all around vibes was sophisticated, yet the workers were very friendly and our server took the time to recommend different wines that went with our choice of meat. Would go again! The only thing I would say is that the area is a bit hidden.
