The only thing about this place is that the food is fresh, but the salmon is small and bad. I told the character I wanted shrimp and no, he gave them to me and then I had to pay for him to give them to me, a real nerve.

Apparently they are lazy and like to lock their door and stop serving food before they're even closed. Change your hours if you don't want to stay open as long as it says you will be.

Was greeted when walked in. Didn't have a over complicated menu. Great service, with a smile. Good food, awesome size portions. space to dine in or wait. Was offered to build a bowl, Which helpped me decide what to order. This made it easy to understand. what was being sold. The size of the cup, the boba tea comes in. was just right! Any more might be overkill. Overall, revisiting this place. would be a must.

Good but it’s says “sauce is boss” and they had no sauce options out to use. Very clean and pleasant dining room.

This was our second time here. I was excited to find this location as it's next to our gym & is one of the few places you can get a bowl with tofu & veggies for a reasonable price. We ordered 2 build-a-bowls, one chicken & one tofu.
Pros:
- The quality of the ingredients is decent, fresh veggies, steamed rice & seemingly good quality of meat
- The price is reasonable, under $30 for two people to eat
- The place is clean with plenty of seating
Cons:
- As others have mentioned, the wait time is *really* long. Especially considering that 90% of the food is essentially pre-made, there's no reason we should be waiting over 20 minutes for our order & in fact, we waited double that. There was only 1 person in line in front of us. We ordered just after 12pm & did not get our food until almost 1pm, meaning we waited at least 40 minutes for our food
- To top it off, by the time we got our food, it wasn't even hot
- I'm not a big stickler for cross-contamination, but they cut the tofu on the same board with the same knives as the meat & there was a piece of steak in my bowl
- The ingredients themselves (rice & veggies) are pretty bland & they count on the sauce to carry them, which can only take you so far
- I ordered a Thai tea & he didn't ask if I wanted it iced or blended, which I guess I should have clarified, but their drink menu was down so I didn't remember that blended was an option. He gave it to me blended, which wasn't what I wanted, but I just kept it because we had already been there for so long
- It was very hot in the restaurant & there was no music or anything playing, which makes a long wait feel even longer
A few simple changes could make the whole experience a lot better - AC & music would really help make the wait a little more bearable.
The staff could use a training session in prioritizing tasks so they're better equipped for whatever rushes they get - I watched them rushing around frantically, but they weren't getting very much done. I witnessed them even running into the back & out again with the same thing in their hands.
I would say order ahead online, but they had a woman who came in after us to pick up an online order & she was still waiting by the time we left.
Overall, I'm open to giving this location another chance, but I'm keeping my hopes & expectations low.
Vegetarian options: All they have is tofu or steamed veggies. The tofu is cut on the same board with the same knives as their meat.

The most recent time I went was a horrible experience. I placed the order through their website and after it gave me a time that everything would be done at, I arrived 10 minutes after so I would not have to wait any since I know things aren't usually done right on time. But I was left to wait 20 minutes after the time it said it would be ready. The food quality this time was so bad. The next day my fiance and i felt so sick. And whoever made my bowl added an entire HANDFUL of minced garlic to a single bowl. I tried my best to pick put the excess garlic since it was a ridiculous amount but it was still too garlicy. I took a picture of how ridiculous it was. The only reason for 2 stars is because I've been there before and it was actually much better. There was 2 cooks that used to work there that made it so good. Unfortunate if they're not there anymore. They made it so good

First time I came here was pretty good, I did the build a bowl and just got steak, noodles, and veggies. Steak was a mix of lean and fatty pieces. But the second time I spent $20 on their "Remarkabowl" and it was remarkably bad. Just chewy fat meat that I couldn't even eat, I threw the whole thing away. Extremely disappointed.

Vegetarian option is a literal joke. Unseasoned, unpressed, raw tofu block sliced up with sauce on top??!! This is why people hate vegan food, because of options like these. Vegetables also unseasoned. Extremely disappointing. Had to recook both meals at home.

Defrost chicken breast, raw veggies (not grilled, not steamed) cold food. Only customer. Moody employees. :( clean place for sure.
