Im not here to bash a new restaurant. First off the food was good but lacking. Not enough sauce, very dry. I ordered a house special chicken bowl. I ask them to leave out onions. So it only had chicken and rice and barely any sauce. No veggies at all. The service was pretty slow considering there were only 2 customers, i waited about 10 minutes but again a new place. The place was decorated great! Im sure they will improve as time goes on.

Great food! Good size bowls that are delicious and each freshly prepared. Lots of options with Build a Bowl. Service was quick and friendly. Nice new and spotless inside. Eat in or take out!

I came to this location on my lunch break to try the food for the first time . The customer service was amazing. The cashier at the front helped me decide what to get and it was the best food i’ve had in a long time . If you are thinking about come try it it’s amazing!

I've had them before and they can be good if you're eating fresh chicken and veggies they recently prepared. However on my recent order it was clear they were close to closing time so they gave me inedible dry and stale chicken.... Didn't take the time to cut it the way it's supposed to... and lastly they swapped it for all white meat instead of their regular meat without my approval. I can't eat white meat it's too dry and rubbery. Restaurants likely do this when they're about to close.... Don't want to fire up or cook what you ordered as it seems a hassle to them. So they give you leftovers or microwave stuff they already put away. Just look at the picture and compare it to the picture of properly made bowls. I will be charging back this for a full refund because it's inedible

Such a clean place to dine in, with excellent and warm customer service. The cashier is friendly and always smiling to everyone coming in. My favorite?? Well their mongolian steak bowl and potstickers. This simply completes my day. Soooooo good!

I stopped by after I went to LVAC, basically in the same parking lot. I wanted to give this place a try after seeing a magazine article about the IFBB pro Jay Cutler having his own steak and rice bowl here. The place looks newly renovated and pretty clean. Staff seemed nice. I tried the large steak bowl and the meat balls. The problem is the steak is unbeatable, it was gristle fat and horrible quality. The rest of the bowl was onions it was honestly just gross. The meatballs are ehhh 3/10. I was honestly just happy I didn't get food poisoning. Cmon guys your charging fairly high prices use quality meat.
I like the fact they offer a healthy-ish menu but the ingredients are bottom tier. The chicken bowl uses the lowest quality, freezer quality chicken thigh I've ever ate. So much fat and nasty chewy pieces on their chicken. Based on other reviews, I am going to assume they used to use better ingredients and lately have been lacking.

It was our first time eating at Teriyaki Boy and THE FOOD IS GREAT. As a person who eats relatively clean, I love what this place has to offer. The restaurant is very clean and inviting. It has been totally remodeled and it got completely new look.Great and healthy food, served promptly with great and attentive service.Staff greets you when you enter..very friendly and welcoming crew. Order doesn't take long ,so we didn’t wait long at all.We have ordered their signature bowls: “ The Remarkabowl “ , “ Firecracker Bowl “ and “ Spicy Mongolian Bowl “ . The chicken and the steak were tender and freshly cooked !The quantity was great. Big portions. The rice was soft ,not hard or sticky at all.They have a variety of bowls to suit different people’s tastes, you can also choose between rice or noodles.We also have tried their Boba Drinks and they were delicious ?. A big selection of flavors to choose from. Definitely A MUST TRY!Overall: we have enjoyed amazing super fresh healthy food and great atmosphere from welcoming staff . Definitely recommended!!!

Funny how I called to ask about their food & when I tried to call back to place an order the phone is busy for a straight 30 minutes. I get there to order in person instead and suddenly the phone rings as I call it. Don't know if they don't want business or what? But I've gave a review here before.I wanted it to give it another chance but they failed me.The food is good but the service is where it falls short.If this place wants business start with the people that work here and do better. I'm actually annoyed that I even gave this place another chance.
