The “meat” was so hard it was basically all just breading and it was mostly burnt as well on BOTH bowls and the veggies were barely cooked! For the amount of money y’all charge for food, you should at least be putting out food that is edible!

As long as I've been going to Teriyaki Madness, I haven't ever had bad food until I went to this one!!!...I ordered the Spicy Chicken Bowl and was not happy with it!!!...First, the cashier Natali didn't act like she wanted to take my order!!!...I should've known then to jus' leave but assumed she was having a bad day!!!...My order was to dine in and was greeted by a youngman with glasses on that brought it to me in a bag!!!...When I sat down to eat, it was impossible to consume because of all the burnt chicken and red pepper that was in it!!!...I asked for the managers name but was ignored and they kept helping other customers!!!...It has taken me a couple of days to even post this revue because I was really pissed off after I got home to actually put the food on a plate and finish my dinner when all of it was a wasted $13 order!!!...The only thing I can say is that I will not be going back to that location again!!!...Too bad because Teriyaki Madness has some very good food!!!...I still have my receipt but I don't think the manager will give me a refund!!!...If the manager will, pls leave a message and I will gladly come in!!!...IN IT ALL IT'S A LESSON LEARNED!!!

Food sucked. I hadn’t eaten here since 2019 and I was really looking forward to it, but the noodles were absolutely tasteless. Chicken was overcooked and chewy, rice was dry. Was super bummed out paid almost $65 and had to spend more money getting something else to eat because no one took more than a few bites. Really disappointed

TMad was my weekly staple from 2008- 2018. Now, I eat here maybe 3 times a year, and each time the meat portions are smaller and the price higher. Im not even a big meat eater but the massive amount of rice with the very sparse vegetables (maybe 1 cup) leave little to be desired.
The Wonderful Young Woman that took my order was GREAT she suggested the salmon it was delicious & moist, TWO GOOD SIZED PIECES OF SALMON. She suggested .....,.. The mix veggies broccoli cabbage and carrots I asked for fried rice & 2 Chicken egg rolls yummy so much food it took me TWO days to Finish it. Yummy Yumm 😋 I'm Hooked & Stuffed I WILL BE GOING THERE AGAIN REALLY SOON.
