Normally, I would give this place four stars but lately the portion sizes have gone down dramatically specifically on the protein. I ordered an orange chicken bowl tonight and the orange chicken pieces were literally the size of Snow peas.

Food is great, great service. Only the crab rangoons were a little small. Don't forget to ask for napkins, you won't get any if you don't ask.

We had a buy one get one free coupon. So we tried the two most expensive bowls. The salmon was a little dry but tasted ok with extra sauce. The steak was like eating sweet beef jerky. I would pass on the steak, it’s over cooked. Too much rice (70% of the bowl) unless you like rice. It does offer fast service with a large open eating area. I say check it out if you have limited options.

The ratio of chicken to rice and veggie bowls is alarming. I ordered a regular sized chicken bowl and got home to see that there were maybe 4 pieces of chicken smashed into about a pound of rice and vegetables. If you order a chicken bowl Id recommend not getting any vegetables or else there will barely be any chicken/protein. For $15 for a bowl I feel scammed.

There were a total of 4 people, two in the cooking area, 1 running around taking garbage out and cleaning, the other 1 no where in sight….No one ( of the 3 visible) bothered to say , we or some will be right with you…no acknowledgment…Very poor customer service…If the young people just don’t care or understand stand that customer service is what keep a business going, which mean employment….

Placed an order to go of Teriyaki chicken with breast meat and got home to eat and the sauce they put on was not Teriyaki sauce and tastes horrible. If it tasted good i would just go ahead and eat it with no worries, but it did not taste good. Called to get a refund and they refused. Why is customer service non existent anymore? Why should I have to pay for their i competence.

Mailed a coupon, after driving all the way there they wouldn't honor their own coupon. Told manager wouldn't let me use a buy 1 get 1 free coupon.

I ordered online and it took 20 minutes waiting for the food. While others walked in and got their food right away. I order and it said 12:50 and didn’t get it until after 1:05.

Good place for a quick and easy meal. We usually order takeout, and I I like that they have a la carte options where I can order salmon on vegetables for a healthier meal.

I enjoy having Chicken & Veggies together instead of Most Choices of Hamburgers! However I do have ISUES When I Order Food & Get CHARGED For Leaving Items OFF! I Have Real "Issues" with Veggies like Cabbage & Onions, Raw Or Lightly Cooked! I asked the Man to Leave Those Items OFF My Bowl, which I Should Do Able To Do, they Are Seperate B4 the Food Is Cooked & Your Advertising PROMOTES CHOICES! When I Ordered the Orange Chicken bowl & Said NO Cabbage Or Onions, I Have "Issues" With them & Don't Want Them! Then I Was INFORMED THAT IT WILL COST ME MORE FOR NOT HAAVING THEM! REALLY, ?Wanting Extra I Will Pay, BUT To GET CHARGED FOR "NOT WANTING ITEMS, &, SAVING YOU MONEY BUT COSTING ME EXTRA?! I also Asked for My Food to be Cooked SOFT Its Nobodies business WHY, but I Suffered a Facial Fracture & Eating Hard Or Crunchy Items is Difficult & Again I Was Told it Was Doubtful If They Could! So My Choices & All Around Lunch Was Very Disappointing! ?
