You can find comfort food here -- chicken teriyaki, white rice, and vegetables is my go to. A simple, filling, relatively quick turnaround on your order. I was here for dinner on Friday night and the time between ordering and eating was about 10 minutes. The food was served hot and pretty good! Not a date night spot, but definitely a meal for after the gym or before grocery shopping.

We always enjoy eating here but it was especially good today. We each got the crispy and light Shrimp Tempura, and shared a delicious Spicy Chicken Teriyaki over Fried Rice (small upcharge but worth it) and a yummy Katsu bowl over noodles (also a nominal upcharge, also worth it). The sauces that came with the dishes were delicious, and the sweet lady who ran the register and checked on diners' needs offered us extra teriyaki sauce. (Was she the manager? Sorry I didn't get her name).The place was busy but clean and well run.
Teriyaki Madness is a typical chain of chicken teriyaki bowl restaurants that you can find in Las Vegas. I decided to try their chicken breast teriyaki with avocado, and I was pleasantly surprised. The taste was better than other similar chains I've tried in California. The portion sizes were generous, and the teriyaki sauce had just the right amount of sweetness for my liking. The chicken breast was a bit dry, but I expected that since it's fast food. However, I really enjoyed the stir-fried veggies they served, which were better than what I've had at other chains. Considering the price, I found the food to be enjoyable overall. Ambiance - 3 Stars Service - 3 Stars Food - 4 Stars

Great customer service! It was my first time and the young lady was patient with explaining the process and very polite. I was there around 730pm on Saturday, November 25, 2023. She was very pleasant. The food was fresh, light and delicious. I will be returning to Teriyaki Madness.

I absolutely love this place. I've only ever been disappointed by the steak being overcooked once but they fixed it. I all the sauces are fire, skip the veggies and just get extra avocado.

Hair in my food. I understand things happen but when I come to bring a FULL plate of food back and then a guy acting like he can't see what I'm talking about. One guy said it looks like an eyebrow or eye lash like that makes it any better. Any type of bodily hair in food is unacceptable. Instead of making your customers feel like their in the wrong for a mistake on the employees behalf, a sorry would have been nice. The guy that actually rung up my refund was nice about it. The tall guy that work there was way too nonchalant about the whole situation.
Totally forgot about this location until I stumbled upon it again. Always a clean dinning room and spacious if you choose to eat in. My to go to order has been the spicy teriyaki it really has become addicting. The orders can take a little longer than your usual fast food place but its worth the wait. Service has continued to be friendly when I go in. Will continue to glady keep returning.

Food was really good but costumer service was horrible didn't get greeted when we walked in and when we were ordering we got eye rolls and she seemed very annoyed we were there, and then right as we sat down her and another coworker started whispering. Also when my husband ordered his food he asked for a large bowl they stated they wjere out but would put the large quantity into the regular bowl but when they brought it to us and he opened it, it was DEFINITELY not the large portion it was honestly less then mine and it was a regular he asked if it was really tje larger portion they said yes and walked away and went into the back so we couldn't ask anymore questions (definitely got scammed out of our money)

It's a delicious, freaky, fast way to get teriyaki without the wait. The customer service is phenomenal, I am always appreciated and respected when I ask for my requests on my bowls. The cashiers are really impressionable and nice with this establishment. The food is not terribly expensive but up there depending on what you order, but I could not finish a regular size bowl in one sitting ever. Basically saying they fill their bowls to the brim, and they do not hold back on any ingredient added because it's all fresh and hot. The yakisoba and rice are amazing, too. There's also Sriracha and soy sauce on the side if you prefer with plenty of teriyaki sauce and sweet and sour. Highly recommend this place for a bite. Restrooms and lobby are always clean, too.PS. The steak teriyaki is amazing. And they have a points system on their app which works well. :)
