I ordered spicy chicken teriyaki. Chicken was hard, dry, and overcooked. The meat portion was too small. Too much rice. The food taste terrible. No juice on the chicken and completely dry piece of meat. Dont waste your money.

I came into the store for lunch, was charged for an extra bowl that I didn’t order while I was eating my food. There was a grilled hair on the chicken call to the store speak to manager lady tells me that the manager is not in, but she could help so I come in the next day now she’s the supervisor she makes me a noodle bowl no chicken I asked for extra vegetables I got four pieces of cabbage??‍♀️ at the register. . there is a man helping other customers He is telling everyone that he’s not American and he’s proud of it.. Me another other customers said this is weird why is he saying this? ??

Ordered through the app & drove to pick up my order. After getting home and opening the bag, they failed to give us the correct bowls. We called to let them know & they stated there is not much they can do about it besides remake it.. which would include having to drive back, wait for them to make the correct bowl, then the other bowl would be cold. Not worth it, can’t make a simple order. (There were only two items in the order)

Came in around 3:45, place was pretty much dead except for a couple that sat in the corner closest to the front door. Portions are definitely not up to par with what you’re paying. The “power bowl” that cost an additional $1.50 to the $10 that you already paying for just protein was just not it. This pic was after I got through eating a couple of pieces of the tofu and as you can tell they skimped on the veggies. ?

Recommended the franchise to a family member, and they had one of the worst experiences possible at this location. They ordered for take out through the app. The usual place I go to was unavailable, so they went to this specific location. When they went to pick it up, the location was closed (locked doors and no one inside). They took the money and even stated that order was completed 20 minutes afterwards. The day after, I called the location to try and resolve this. At 10:02am, It took 3 calls in order to speak to someone. I was told the manager has not arrived yet and would probably come in this afternoon. The employee said they'll have the manager call me back though, noting my information. At 12:01pm, I checked in to see if the manager arrived. Nothing. At 5:00pm, I called again and another employee told me the manager just left the location. This means that either the previous employee forgot to inform the manager of the situation or the manager forgot to call me back. This employee took the same information I gave already and said they'll contact the manager. At 7:00pm, I called again. The same employee responded that although the manager is not there, they agreed to make the original order immediately. I went to go pick it up, but the family member was extremely disappointed when the teriyaki chicken was overly burnt and the chicken katsu was super dry. The review gets a 2 star because the 2nd employee was nice and helpful. However, I genuinely could not recommend this location as the app would allow orders to go through on a closed location, management is literally impossible to contact, and the food quality is notably worse compared to other locations.

Robert and crew are fabulous! Food is on point, spicy chicken has the perfect kick. Portions proportionate to cost. Dining room is always clean and presentable. Service is always friendly and fast.Of the 3 Teriyaki Madness locations I have visited in the valley, Sahara and Decatur is the absolute best!!

I had accidentally placed an order for the wrong location. S Decatur came up instead of N. decatur. I immediately tried to fix the problem as it prompted me to call the store for assistance. I called the store for a Half Hour and no one would answer the phone. It is ridiculous not to be able to reach a business during their open hours. This wasn't even a busy time at night, they just didn't bother answering the phone. So now, I'm charged for nothing since this store can not provide customer service. Just to be clear, it's my fault I didn't catch it was the wrong location earlier. But this location is wrong to have no employees that can answer a phone call to assist.
