Teriyaki Madness

I visited last Tuesday and ended up with food poisoning. The place had a strong sewage-like smell, which was off-putting. It's disappointing because the food has potential to be great, but it feels like the kitchen staff doesn’t prioritize quality or care about what they’re serving.

The food was hot when delivered! No skimping on the ingredients either!! First time after prices started rising that I actually felt price was worth it.

Recommended dishes: Chicken Teriyaki

Sauce is too spicy or too sweet at the same time, too thick too heavily coated. Less is more. If they toned down the flavor, or watered it down, the food would be edible. It's just a mouth full. Regret it every time. Stomach pain after a few bites. I used to live more north and their location was good, never had regrets. This one needs help. Won't be back for awhile.

I have known about Teriyaki Madness for years and never ate there. My wife and I stopped in tonight for a quick dinner and was absolutely amazed at the quality of the food, portion size, service and the incredibly clean restaurant. Shout out to Jose and Owen for delivering an exceptional customer experience. What fast food place has associates walk up to customers and ask how they enjoyed the meal. We will definitely be back. Moving from Burgers to Teriyaki Madness. The sign on the walls is absolutely correct, Warning Food Highly Addictive. I am still licking my lips while typing this review.

I dont know about the other reviews but I had a great experience here. the food was great, the service was quick and fast. the spicy tofu was super delicious and spicy. my daughters had a regular teriyaki bowl with veggies and the chicken was super moist and not rubbery at all. Maybe it depends on whos cooking that day. IDK but we really enjoyed our food

Food is good most of the time…they recently added an option at checkout panhandling for tips now…tip for what? Food is already way over priced now. Letting me have the pleasure of getting my own drink; getting my own napkins and picking up my food? LoL!!! You’re not serving people at a dine in restaurant, remove that stupid feature on your checkout.

You shouldn't start cleaning up and stacking chairs an hour and a half before closing, especially while customers are still eating—it’s very disrespectful. One of the staff mentioned they do this to avoid staying late, which comes across as unprofessional and inconsiderate.

I don’t know what happened to this location? But the quality of food is horrible. The spicy chicken was rubbery and hard to chew. I will never go back here again. My son got food Food poisoning and lost 7 pounds in one day. Please avoid!

It is amazing how much one teriyaki madness location can be different from another this is absolutely the worst location I've ever tried the chicken is rubbery and completely inedible The sauce comes pre-packaged in a container with a new recipe that is easily twice as salty as the sauces that are supplied at other locations

This establishment is highly recommended for dining with my family. The exceptional customer service and prompt delivery of our meal were exceptional. Despite being out of town, we will certainly return for a future visit.
