I ordered a large beef teriyaki plate from here, and I liked the food; the plate came with veggies and rice. I also ordered a six-piece Crab Rangoon, which I loved! When I arrived home, I called the restaurant and informed them I received a four-piece Crab Rangoon. The lady who answered offered to give me a six-piece if I returned or credit me the difference. I went with the credit because I had settled in, and I did not want to head back out again.Unfortunately, I never received that credit to my card. Otherwise, I had no complaints. The restaurant was nice and clean and had televisions that featured an NFL playoff game, and the food tasted good. The price is more than comparable teriyaki restaurants. If I return, I may speak to a manager to receive a credit or get the two Crab Rangoons I got shorted on my previous visit.

I got the salmon and the salmon portion was small. But the grill chicken was grilled to perfection.

Placed my order online. Teriyaki chicken bowl. Price on website $8.89. When I arrive to pick up the price is over $12.00. The associate is arguing with me saying it is the price of the junior bowl, yet the website says nothing about it being junior size. I ask for a manager and the associate chuckles and says he is the manager. Snotty attitude! Tell him I want what I order for the price advertised on the website. He says "That's not going to happen." I say "keep it. I'll never come back!" False advertising! Terrible customer service! Probably not the first person this has happened to. Serious attitude!

I have to say this is probably the 3rd time getting this. Usually I get the chicken katsus with noodles and veggies. Well this time I got the chicken teriyaki with noodles and veggies but this time it had two bones in the chicken as I was eating this. I wasn't happy about the two bones in the chicken the way I found out was I was eating. Thank God I didn't swallow it. I would love to hear back and see what you will do us

I ordered to go the orange chicken bowl w/ veggies and noodles and would not recommend it. The chicken morsels were size of a kiss or smaller so you got more batter then meat. The orange chicken sauce was ok. The veggies were good and just the right amount of crunchiness. The noodles were a little overcooked. I might try the grilled meat with veggies only next time since it did get 4 stars.

Great food. Occasional discount offer helps. Choices varied and also delicious. Locations easily accessible .

This is the worst experience from this place. I got the two protein and it’s a large. Not a regular! You can literally count in your fingers how many Katsu they put in it. The Steak teriyaki as well. The chicken katsu was so thin that you can almost see no chicken meat inside. The same thing goes for the Steak teriyaki it was like a paper thin meat. They filled it with white rice to make it look like it’s a lot. Opening the container and seeing this meal got me so mad. I was charged almost $17 for this order. Unbelievable and so disappointing. Never coming back here. How I wished I came back and return this order!

It's so salty. Doesn't look the same as before. Maybe they cheap down and are using a different vendor for their meat

We got there when they first opened so we got our order quite fast.Employee was very friendly and nice! Was a bit disappointed with my Teriyaki Steak as the meat has changed. No longer the thin, curly meat but square, thicker cut. The juices of the meat with sauce did not get soaked up and had not much taste. This was my second time visiting this location and was not happy. I will return to the location on Lake Mead.
