Shoutout to the cashier who took my order today. Something as simple as offering me a water cup on a hot day without me asking goes a long way! It’s definitely appreciated.

I love Teriyaki Madness — the food here is consistently awesome! The chicken and rice is my go-to, and every other dish I’ve tried has been just as delicious. Always fresh, flavorful, and hits the spot.

That said… please, please turn the thermostat down! Living in Vegas, we look forward to enjoying a good meal in a cool, comfortable environment, and it’s consistently around 82° inside during the summer. It feels hotter than outside sometimes, and it really takes away from the experience.

I’ll keep coming back for the food, because it’s that good, but I really hope you’ll consider making the dining room a little cooler for your guests.

First time here. I wanted to really like this place as my usual, go to, temporarily closed.
The guy that took my order was very helpful.
I got my food to go.
When I got home and opened the bowl, it looked delicious.
Unfortunately, it didn't taste that way. The rice was a bowl of overcooked, clumped, disgusting mush which ruined the whole bowl. I threw out the whole thing.
Very disappointed.

Love the food when it’s good, but when it’s bad, it’s bad. Not consistent. Most of the staff are nice some are not so. Last dine-in visit got a teriyaki bowl that wasn’t fresh and going cold… ate it anyway decided not to complain. Will try other locations.

My order came out accurately and they serve big, generous portions of their flavorful entrees. They also included teriyaki sauce with my order for free.

I hadn’t had Teriyaki Madness in years and was craving it, with HP I try to stay away from salt. But I gave in and was highly disappointed. It just wasn’t the same as it had been in the past.

After the experience I just had I will never eat this place again. I'm not sure when y'all started charging for your teriyaki sauce but please please explain to me how one sauce is enough for a large two meat combination plate? if it's barely enough for a small one it's definitely not enough for a large one and if I'm paying over $25 for my food I shouldn't be charged an extra 75 cents for an extra sauce when the large should come with two in the first place! And maybe let the customers know this when they are paying not after they have paid! Horrible customer service! Never would i have argued with a customer over a 75 cent sauce in my restaurant! Won't ever be back again!

The workers here are very attentive and fast! Vince was one of the workers in particular, my teriyaki bowl was massive! And he asked me how my day was! Great energy.

This place sucks, wait 45 minutes for food or until you go back to the counter and ask for it. Very bad experience. We will never comeback.
