We have been here a few times and love the food. But I wanted to write this review to call out the amazing customer service that Sam provided. It is rare to find and she was phenomenal!
Either the recipe has changed or the cook at the helm wasn't following it. Was looking for that full flavored, addictive heat in the spicy chicken that us TM followers crave....and it just fell flat....Will try the TM on Blue Diamond just to confirm my suspicions and perceptions.

both times ive ordered online for orange chicken and spicy orange chicken, i always get orange chicken and spicy chicken teriyaki. however i never have this issue with ordering in person. food is fresh nonetheless and isnt lacking in qualityParking: decent sized with designated customer parking.

This place is a heater. Way cooler outside. No welcome greeting. Employees talking among themselves. Received no help about items. Then they ask for a tip.

Waiting 15 minutes after my order and still nothing. First time here. I miss waba grill from California. How long can it take to add cooked chicken to a rice bowl. OMG.Also they hide the kitchen help with 1,000's of teriyaki lids and bowl ready to be filled but at this pace. This could take a long time.Speed up the service, the boy with the ponytail moves at a very slow pace. Someone needs to manage these folks asap . Just the delay and I'm not coming back. Now at 20 minutes and it's 12:39 in the afternoon
