I ordered a chicken teriyaki bowl with no vegetables. I said no vegetables in fried rice and no vegetables in the bowl PERIOD. They proceed to put vegetables in food. I tell them I did not ask for Vegetables they said I need to specify what vegetables I don't want because they do not consider peas and carrots vegetables. And the cashier was very rude. The common sense was lacking in the building. I will not be returning.

I received a coupon in the mail for this place, and it promised one free teriyaki bowl for downloading their app and creating an account. I went thru all that and the free bowl offer was nowhere in the app pages. I took the physical coupon to the nearest store to my home and showed them the coupon and my new account on their app and they refused to honor the coupon. They tried to sell me enough food for 3 people to get anything free, when the coupon clearly said NOTHING about having to purchase anything to redeem the free bowl. A manager was right there and she didn't do a damn thing. I threw the coupon out on site and left without ordering anything. Any company that has to lie and promise free food to trick people into coming in, then try to push food on them that they have to pay for is a dishonest, shifty, piece of garbage company. If they lie about giving away free food, what else do they lie about? The food quality? I will never trust these people to order food from them to eat. They were located in an Albertson's shopping center so after I threw out their bogus coupon I just went to Albertson's and shopped for food.

Good people with their hearts in the right place. We wanted to order the two different chicken bowls and as hard as we tried we could not communicate that. We tried every way possible. So we ordered 2 chicken breast bowls. Also if you don't tell them Teriyaki you won't get it. Further frustrating the process. They were ok. We ordered a steak bowl too and it was as tough as leather. Disappointing. Brutal. Not just us people in line ahead of us frustrated and people that were behind us frustrated too. We wanted to Love this place but we won't be back. It was awful and other customers felt the same. Blown $40.

Ordered online, they Lost my order and refused to help. Just kept telling me sometimes it takes a few minutes to come through. No help, no canceling. Just took my money and wouldn’t help.

I give up with this location which is very close to where I live. Decided today to try it one more time and I just ordered fried rice. Rice was overcooked, they must of needed to get rid of there peas cause I swear it was more peas then rice. The eggs in it were burnt as well and the rice wasn't even mixed in good. I felt like they threw white rice in at the bottom and just put fried rice on top... it was just all bad. Never again!!! Back to my other location....SMH!!!!

Besides the company sending me an email for a free bowl and it not being anywhere in my app and the email saying nothing about downloading the app. Magically my account that I signed up for years ago doesn't exist and on top of that I ordered a regular teriyaki chicken bowl and was given a spicy chicken bowl. Luckily I'm not allergic to anything they have there but still gotta be careful with what you see on the receipt.

First time takeout order experience was good. Hardly anyone eating at the location thought kitchen was busy with online orders and pickups. We ordered the spicy tofu with rice and veggies.. and steak with noodles and veggies. Took leas than 10 mins to be ready. Quality and flavors better than Panda Express. Steak tasted like jerky and quite good to snack. Portions were good. Location needs to be warmer to invite dining in..Vegetarian options: Super veggies are a good to add
