My husband and I eat here all of the time. He gets the spicy chicken teriyaki bowl and I get the tofu teriyaki bowl with brown rice and veggies. The food tastes great and is a healthier fast food option. I don't know why the reviews are so low, we have eaten here more than 10 times and the food is consistently good.

Place has definitely gone down hill. Staff doesn't even say hello when you walk up to order. Food is basic. Trash on the floor. No one here cares. Bring your money somewhere else

Had a forgettable dine-in experience eating at this location around 5 o'clock today. I ordered 2 Large Plates for my mom and myself. My mom asked the cashier if she can do both yakisoba noodles and white rice for her plate and the girl tells us yes and we pay for our food. I then proceed to tip $12 cash.As we are waiting, the girl cashier that took our order walks over to our table and now tells us that they can't do both yakisoba and white rice in the plate and that we have to come back to the register to pay for the white rice. I get a little irritated by this especially after she had already told us yes and that I tipped her a whole extra meals worth.I go back up to pay for the white rice and I hand the girl cashier a $20 bill and she looks at it, turns to her coworker in the back asking if she can accept the bill. The bill was perfectly intact but just had a couple rips here and there. In my head I'm thinking are you fucking kidding me? You are now telling me to pay for the rice and now you're questioning a beat up $20 bill? It's fucking money! Money is money. After I pay for the rice, I make a comment to a young gentleman cashier about what had just happened and his excuse was that the girl cashier was new and only been working 3 days on the job. For one, way to throw your coworker under the bus buddy instead of capitalizing on the opportunity to provide better service. Secondly, I don't give a fuck if you've been there 3 days or 3 months, I wasn't the one that made the mistake.Poor service and execution. Not impressed one bit by the staff for how this situation was handled. Easily could have just comped the rice for us as it was their mistake or just covered to cost of the rice from the money I tipped them in cash and used this as a teaching opportunity for their new cashier but instead I'm here writing this damn review. All over a fucking side order of rice. Not to mention they skimped me on the tofu in my plate. I know because I order from here often and I've never received a protein portion as small as I did today. I love Teriyaki Madness but c'mon are you serious? These are the people you hire to represent your company?

I have been eating teriyaki madness for many many years from the one on blue diamond. I’ve eaten at several other locations and I don’t know what’s going on but none of them are the same as the blue diamond location. They are not even close. We just ate at the north Decatur location and 89130 ZIP Code. I ordered the spicy chicken dinner with yakisoba noodles and we got one other small noodles with vegetables no meat. The spicy chicken was terrible. Lots of gristle in the chicken, and there was hardly any chicken at all. It was extremely soupy. I could pour out at least a half a cup of liquid , maybe a full cup the noodles were mushy and way overcooked the vegetables were like microwaved and soggy. It was overall terrible. Usually there is three times that amount of chicken on that specific type of order. This is the first time we went to this location and will never go back , the seating inside is very strange. Also claustrophobic and miss aligned. They charged $31 for something. We basically threw away after five or six bites. I don’t know what’s going on with customer service and quality these days but people just don’t care all I can say to you is do not patronize these locations until they fix their food quality and portions 100% as we are spending our hard earned money on terrible quality And small portions. Teriyaki madness franchise should be ashamed that they have this place even open for business, and I will be contacting them as well. I am friends with the two brothers that started it after they took it over from somebody and I know the franchise is run by a company in Colorado. I was actually going to do a franchise once, but after I see how poor the quality is I don’t want to be associated with them. it’s funny because the franchise in Colorado talk about how all of their places are consistent has amazing quality food etc. but they are mistaken. I’m going to have to let them know as soon as possible I would consider closing this location down if I was the main office.

I'm honestly surprised with all the low star reviews for this place. I was on a lunch break and wanted something healthy besides Chipotle which happens to be in the same plaza. Decided to give Teriyaki Madness a try even with the subpar reviews and I'm glad I did! There wasn't a long wait for my order even during a lunch rush. I got the chicken teriyaki bowl with brown rice and veggies. I thought it was reasonably priced for what you get. Normally when I go to other teriyaki places like Flame Broiler (back in CA) I can finish the bowl, but here I had leftovers to take home which was great. The chicken was not dry at all and very flavorful. I like that they didn't overcook the chicken and cause too much char everywhere. The ratio of protein compared to rice/veggies was a lot better than most places! Plenty of seating inside as well! I'll definitely include this place more into my lunch rotation of places to eat.

Meat is good! Veggies are rarely finished. Cabbage Tofo is squared not rectangular if that affects you. Good spot to eat at. Good serbice. Great spot for lunch!!

I don't know what happened to the portion sizes! The price went up and the portion sizes went down! I doubt that I'll be returning.

First off... I absolutely love Teriyaki Madness--- usually! I'm not sure if this location is corporate owned or a franchise... Either way, for some reason the food at this location is nowhere near as good as other locations in Vegas. The pot stickers are never cooked correctly... be sure to skip them! The noodles... just subpar from what I've experienced at other locations. We've been to this location 2 or 3 times to make sure it wasn't a one off...but no, subpar food is the norm. I'll likely pass on this location going forward.... But I'll definitely be looking to try another location... Cus... it's Teriyaki Madness.... usually Yum!

We literally live by the w Craig location and came up here for the cleanliness. To our surprise we also received outstanding customer service. Dalton greeted us as soon as we walked in and was so pleasurable when taking our order. It’s rare you see the type of positive energy and exceptional customer service nowadays. He even offered us water cups as we waited for our order. Great service at this location and will be back!

The folks working here were super nice and helpful! The COVID-era sneeze guards that are blocking the menu need to go. It's so hard to read through the reflection on it. It doesn't help that it's ugly and reminiscent of a lousier time.
