The weak point is still the "passadores". These servers are too rush to dump a large morsel of steak in the plate as opposed to thinly sliced, as it would be usual in the Churrascarias in Brazil. There is typically a rush to serve all meats at once and then they disappear. Many of the meats being offered were too well done and salty. If one has the patience to wait and be specific, and say no a lot, they can improve.

Our server was never around - we had to ask other servers for water and refills on ice tea bot they ask for a large gratuity???? Gratuity should be based on the attention your server gives your table especially if you have to wait 20 minutes to get a refill of water - and this was our 36 year wedding anniversary

We have been here several times and we decided to go try a different Brazilian restaurant. Well that didn't go so well. The other restaurant didn't have the lamb chops that Texas de Brazil has. We returned right away to our favorite place. Well love the lamb chops here at Texas de Brazil. The other meats are great, too. I love the lobster bisque with the cheese bread.
