Stopped by for a quick brunch on Easter. Got there around 12:00 and only waited a few minutes for a table. Service was pretty attentive. The plate of food was huge. Took more than half home. The everything bagel didn’t have much flavor and that was my only complaint. I’d definitely try different ones next time I’m around that side of town. I did love the little tasting plate of bagel chips. Those were the best part ;)

I was in town for some family matters. I had to stop in my old breakfast spot. I have fond memories of this restaurant. I'm glad to see it is still operating, and with the same owner. The breakfast was superb. It is always packed with locals.

This strip mall superstar locals restaurant is a winner, but be warned, the line can get long. The BC sells bagels and pastries as well as a full menu dinning area. The selection of items on the menu is shocking. It's huge, or dare I say, YYUUGGEE!! The pastrami sandwich was a delight. The service is a bit curt but that's ok, they move the food fast and need to turn the tables. Look elsewhere for a leisurely lunch. The tables are packed in tight. It's clear that the BC is a locals tradition, as we spotted plenty of families and friends enjoying their time together. Escape the strip my friends and soak up so local quality cuisine. I had a huge black and white cookie too. Our return is inevitable.

The Matzoh Ball Soup is outstanding, served in a cup or bowl. The bowl size is a filling meal. They give you a nice assortment of dried bread and cracker pieces with a glob of cheese spread as soon as you sit down. This place is always busy. It is also noisy and slightly difficult to hear a your party's conversation.
Really friendly staff and food was amazing. Especially the jalapeño cheese bagels!

I enjoy the takeout department most with a great selection of fresh deli and bakery items. I got the salmon salad to go. I didn’t eat there because the menu lacks avocado toast. It would be a good healthy addition. Or they could offer guacamole toast with poached eggs. My only complaint. The only reason I don’t give them a five star rating.
