Open a location in Phoenix, you'd be booming!!!

The main problem that I have is that what you get is not really close to what you see in the pictures, and they don’t have any real menu to choose from, so you need to ask the nice cashier about what they have and prices. Not a pleasant thing to do.
Beside that- the bagel was really good

First on service, the young lady was working so hard all by herself; they really need two people, one to take orders and another to prepare the food. From a food perspective, the options that they offer were truly awesome but for me, a person from NY who has no issue at all spending 💰 for good food, the prices are exorbitant. Close to $20 for a bagel sandwich and $15 for simply French toast is over the top. We bought a few things to sample (few bagels for the week, a bagel sandwich, and a muffin-big enough for two people to enjoy) and they tasted very good but nothing I would again drive 25 minutes to purchase, given the wait time and the price.

My bad for the mix-up! The Bagel Nook in Summerlin, Las Vegas (11010 Lavender Hill Dr, Ste 140) is a bagel lover’s paradise. Their wild, creative menu boasts unique “Overload” bagels like Flaming Hot Cheeto and Cinnamon Toast Crunch, paired with 40 micro-batch cream cheese flavors, from ghost pepper to bacon cheddar. Hand-rolled, boiled, and baked daily, the bagels are chewy perfection. Standouts include the Doritos Overload and Crumb Cake sandwich, both packed with bold, fresh ingredients. The cozy, vibrant shop draws crowds for its innovative spins, featured on Food & Wine and The Today Show. Open daily from 6 AM to 5 PM, it’s a breakfast and brunch hotspot with friendly service, though it can get packed. With vegan options and a fun vibe, The Bagel Nook is a must-try for adventurous foodies in Vegas.

I wish I could leave this dump a 0 star review! This is the third time we’ve tried this place (shame on me for thinking anything would change) they have by far THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE every time! We ordered 2 bagels that the cashiers bagged and gave to someone else. After waiting 20 mins we asked what was going on just for them to say oh sorry we gave your order to someone else, instead of rectifying the issue immediately we proceeded to wait another TWENTY mins for them to remake 2 bagels! I literally don’t understand the lack of common sense here. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else!

This has become my top spot in town for bagel sandwiches. The egg everything on the sandwich is great. Food is always prepared quickly and we do To-go often and are happy with the consistency and speed.

Takes WAY TOO LONG to grab your morning coffee & bagel: nearly 20min, on average. None of their staff seem to be motivated, it’s rather strange. Saw multiple people walk out this morning, some before they had a chance to order their food and some leaving without their food because they simply could not wait.

Great food but the service will kill your reputation.

Honestly for someone who grew up in the land of bagels. (The Tri state area) the owner should realize you cannot have two counter people. 30 minutes for three buttered bagels is insane.

We’re visiting Vegas and ordered here through uber eats. These bagels were so good. We’re originally from NJ, but live in Texas so we never can get a good bagel. I was so excited to find the everything with olive cream cheese! It’s my go-to back home in NJ and my husband and son were excited for the Taylor ham sandwich! Definitely worth it and next time we come back we’ll be ordering from here again, just not using uber eats because it took over 2 hours to get our order delivered and my husband and sons sandwiches were so cold by the time we got them

As someone from NY, I really do enjoy their food a lot. They are the closest thing you can get to that true NY experience (in my opinion). The major problem I have with them and makes me reluctant to go back is that they get my order wrong literally every time. For example yesterday, I asked for two scrambled eggs with bacon and cheese on a plain bagel. Welp, I received two fried eggs (dry) with no bacon, no cheese. That's the most recent example, but they manage to get my order wrong every single time and it makes no sense to me. I like their food so much but the kitchen staff doesn't follow orders well. It wasn't the cashiers fault either, as I watch the screen as they put my order in now. So, someone in the kitchen continues to straight up ignore the order.

Arrived a little after 11 am and the place was packed! The outside seating had every chair filled as well as the inside. There was a nice line inside, upon entering I noticed the coffee section and the creamers and other drink options. The counter had all cream cheese flavors on display as well as the available pastries. Finally made it up the counter and I chose the cheese, egg, and sausage plain bagel and ordered my son the avocado blast. I also ordered a coffee so I mixed the house blend and the Oreo cookie flavor along with creamer. The gentleman at the front who assisted us was nice and offered suggestions. The problem came in when the people who came in after us about 4 people, for their order before us and left the shop. Finally the young man who helped us came over with a sandwich for my son but the order was wrong and was in an everything bagel. Informed him of the mess up and we had to wait for it be made again. At this time 15 minutes had passed and they finally bought out my order. We waited another 5 or so minutes for my son’s order. The whole time it stayed busy and there seemed to be some confusion as well with others orders. As I sat and wait I could see eye shells on the back floor and as slight mess in the back. My son loved his bagel and thought it was quite feeling. I myself thought it was pretty good as well and was only able to eat one side. I also asked for my bagel to be toasted but it came out regular. No one ever apologized for the wait or mix up, overall not a bad spot I just believe there needs to be more order with making sure there’s no mix ups.

The Maple Bacon French Toast bagel is SOOOO good. Got it with sausage egg and cheese. Definitely on the sweet side, but really good. There are a ton of options for cream cheese, so come early because they sell out.

Don't come here, this place gave me the stomach flu and I'm still recovering it from it. This is all I ate that forsaken morning. Until they can handle food properly and are sanitary. I do NOT recommend this place. WASH YOUR DANG HANDS AFTER USING THE RESTROOM!
