Kristina is the best, very attentive and nice. Food is outstanding. Will definitely be back.

1 star. Rory the bartender had zero personality and even less customer service. Me and my girlfriend tipped $20 as soon as we sat down, dropped $50 in the machine, ordered food and wings—and still got attitude like we owed him something. Every time we tried to talk to him, he acted like we were bothering him. We weren’t asking for a therapy session, just some basic bartender energy. The whole vibe was off—cold, rude, and dry. We go to bars all the time, and this was by far the worst atmosphere we’ve experienced. If you’re looking for good service or even a sliver of friendliness, look elsewhere.

The best in town, the people who work here are so down to earth and awesome, food is phenomenal, if you want good food and an awesome experience and great drinks, come here!

During my recent visit to The Bar, I had a mixed experience. The food was truly delicious, which I appreciated immensely. However, I encountered some challenges with the customer service that I believe could be addressed for a better overall experience.

It took quite a while—over an hour—to receive a refill on my soda, which was a bit frustrating. I noticed that my needs may not have been prioritized since I wasn't participating in gambling activities. Even after ordering a soda and asking for the check, it required reaching out to a second bartender and waiting an additional 14 minutes for the check.

I see great potential for this venue, and I genuinely hope the management can enhance the service experience. With improved attention to all customers' needs, The Bar could really shine.

Ordered ubereats and picked up myself on 11/3/24 around 2am. Pickup was about 2:18am. I ordered The Melt Medium Rare. Temp on the burger was good, but the cook gave me soggy, undercooked fries that were cold and tasted raw. Probably in retaliation for me politely asking for a side of Ranch in the order notes, that I also didn't receive. I live about 2 miles from this location and it's not possible that the fries expired in the commute back to my house and the burger was still good. I hope a store manager reads this review, because I would like this meal refunded. I've ordered from this store location several times and have the digital receipts to prove it.

Been going a couple times a week and things have been good but one of the ladies working the bar tonight completely ignored me when I said the $10 I handed her along with my card and the tab was to be part cash and card and she charged me the entire amount and kept the 10 as a tip. She didn’t even hand me one of my 2 beers throughout the night, I was not trying to tip that much.

Very friendly and efficient service; to me, that makes a good neighborhood pub. But they have wonderful food, perfectly prepared, too. I'll be back often.

We went last night,Sunday.So the bartenders are really rude.I get if you had a long day but never talk to your customers like they are kids.Just because someone is drunk dosent mean they wont remember everything you say.Very pricey.Food just ok.
