We had such an amazing experience here! The spring rolls were so good we ordered a second round, and the salmon skin tacos were absolutely delicious. Our waitress was beyond helpful - friendly, knowledgeable, and spot-on with her food recommendations. I had a mixed experience at The Black Sheep. My favorite dishes of the night were the salmon skin tacos and the steak tartare. Both were beautifully presented, with a great balance of flavors and textures, and just the right kick of heat — definitely standout plates.

On the other hand, the duck crispy rice salad was a bit too salty for me. The sauce overpowered the flavor, and the rice wasn’t as crispy as I had hoped. The deep-fried trout was also nicely...

My sister and I had an absolutely incredible meal at the black sheep! I did some research ahead of traveling to find good restaurants off the strip and stumbled upon it, and I’m so glad I did! We also love Top Chef and are fans of Chef Jamie! From the second we walked in, Josue took amazing care of us. Not only was the service impeccable, the food was absolutely incredible. We expected the meal to be good, but didn’t expect it to be one of the best meals we’ve ever eaten....
