My wife and I like to support local restaurants, so we wanted to give this a try. I'm going to give this place an honest review. In short, we won't be back.

To start with, as we drove up, we both wondered if it was open. There is a small sign above the door that we barely noticed that was lit up.

So we went inside. They have like 3 TV screens behind the counter that serve as an electronic menu. One of them was not working. We asked the employee what normally displays on that screen and he said drinks and deserts. I asked if they have a paper menu or something we could look at that has their full menu. He told us that they don't have anything like that, but he pointed me to a QR code that I could scan to see the full menu. I wasn't interested in doing that. No problem.

So I ordered a meal which includes chicken wings, Fries, and a drink. I told the guy that I wanted to make mine Buffalo Fries, which is fries with buffalo chicken and some special sauce. My wife ordered chicken strips and onion rings. $50 out the door.

After our order, we went to find a table. My wife needed to use the restroom. She found 2 doors that looked like bathrooms, but they weren't marked at all. No signs for Men or Women, or anything that said Restroom. She wasn't sure what to do. So she tried to open one of the doors and it was locked, so she tried the other door and it was open. So she went in and attempted to lock the door and it wouldn't lock. So she told me and I told her that I would stand outside and guard the door for her. Also, my wife said that there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Luckily she was able to reach the paper towels.

Ok, we went to sit down and we worked on finding a clean table. They weren't busy. There was one other couple there. We found the cleanest table and cleaned it the rest of the way ourselves. All of the tables had napkin dispeners, but only a couple of them had napkins in them.

It took about 20 minutes to get our food. I was surprised to see that I got plain fries and Buffalo Fries. I asked the employee about that and he told me that I ordered a meal which includes fries, and I ordered the buffalo fries, and my wife ordered onion rings. I thought it was understood that I wanted fries with buffalo chicken on it. But that's ok.

I ordered barbecue chicken. It was very plain. Honestly, it was bland. My wife ordered the mild chicken. It had a spicy kick to it.

I wanted salt for the fries. There was no salt or pepper on any of the tables. So I went to the counter and asked for salt. The employee looked kind of confused for a second, then he went back to the kitchen and had poured some salt into a sauce container for me.

And I was really upset with the music. The music that playing on the speakers, quite loudly I might add was extremely vulgar. The music had words like F this and the N word, and the P word (female anatomy slang term). I was shocked. I probably would have thought it was cool if I was a teen, but not when I was eating with my wife. Thank goodness our daughter wasn't with us. I didn't notice the music until after we ordered. Not all of the songs were like that, but I heard at least 2 or 3 that were quite vulgar. Totally inappropriate for a restaurant like that.

I wanted to like this place. I saw some bad reviews and I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt. I should have just listened to the reviews. The good ..the service was the good. The bad... the chicken was med and but the sauce was flavorless and watered down(chipotle, pineapple jalapeno). This was such a disappointment. The best part was the choco banana shake. To be a wing spot and the shake be the best thing is kinda sad. So I know if I want a shake I'll come here, but I'll probably just go elsewhere. I may try other flavor.

Ordered for delivery. Didn't get any ranch for my wings. Didn't get any dipping sauce for my onion rings (like the website said was included ). Plus, I didn't get the cake I paid for.

TLDR DONT DO IT!! Wing Stop is down the street on Eastern and Serene.I live in the area and used to eat here frequently because fries were amazing and the wings were cool. Now?! the fries were obviously re-dipped in oil super stale and super bad.California burrito was so ? dry and stale down to the tortilla. Not edible, tossed that ? in the trash. They don’t get business because the owner robs people’s money but that doesn’t mean give out some nasty ? old fries because you’re losing money. ESPECIALLY when that’s what the business is known for.Avoid avoid avoid! wing stop is down the street on Eastern and Serene

This was our first time visiting this restaurant. A few months ago I tried to place an online order and it was rejected (the site was having an issue). I was hesitant to try the site again, so we did a walk in since it's close. Two teenagers were working the front, nice kids-one seemed very knew and still training. We wanted to order chicken sandwiches, but they were out of chicken tenders, so we did boneless wings, jamaican j*** and garlic parmesan. We also did an order of the regular buffalo fries, lemon pepper flavor. My husband went to order the chocolate banana shake but no bananas. He ended up getting the peanut butter and I got the salted carmel. Our order was to go, told us 15-20 mins. We came back to pick it up. Order was out and up just a few minutes after we arrived back. Food was delicious, hot and well packaged. We would be willing to dine again if they have tenders next time to get the sandwiches
