How depressing is this buffet? Its old country buffet or golden corral with seafood. We only went because we got free gift certificates from the concierge and we should have declined.
We went at 430 so there was no line also hoping to get some fresh food- Wrong!!! I made 3 trips to the buffet and left 3 half plates on the table. The decor is drab and dim. The desserts were stale, food was luke warm, mislabled and almost everything was overcooked. We got in for free and still want our money back !

Went for my birthday brunch. I do not have pleasant things to say. Overpriced is an understatement. Food mostly cold. Coffee tasted like swill. For theses prices, I should be impressed, I was NOT. Do yourself a favor get out from the Vegas lights and find a local place for half the price and the food will definitely be better!

I would rate this a 0/5 stars if I could! All food was dry, no flavor, insanely cold, very messy and people were so rude. Could have spent the money on nice kbbq or even at Cracker Barrel for a way better experience and higher food quality. Never coming back.

Compared to the cruise we’ve been on that was five stars but this next level three stars it’s not a rude review, but I was hoping Served lobster. It wasn’t so fun. They didn’t have the best food by any means it’s better to go someplace else.

I was disappointed. I love buffets and I had my bar set pretty high for the Bellagio. There were no crab legs. There was a seafood broil that was so-so, the keylime pie did not impress and the turkey was dry. I decided to get some salami, grapes and cheese and even the cheese was dry and sat out entirely way too long. It was only noon. The prime rib was a bit over done as well. Save your money and go to a different buffet.

Bellagio has the best show in town (O by Cirque de Soleil) but the food selection is surprisingly limited at The Buffet at Bellagio.
A lot of filler menu are present and there are even 5 different kinds of pizza, but their sushi menu (just rolls and no nigiri or sashimi) is extremely simple that's befitting for more like your neighborhood Chinese buffet at weekday lunch.
I've been to better buffets at $29.99 per person, but at $74.99 per person, I expected more. I even skipped weekday brunch opportunities to come in for a weekend dinner so I can review fairly based on the full experience. 🙃
Maybe my vegas hotel buffet expectations are too high after Wicked Spoon. So, Cosmo > Bellagio? 🤣 (Both operated by MGM)
And at Bellagio Buffet the workers are super tip hungry it's like getting a photo with the cartoon characters on the strip sidewalk. 😂

I've been coming to this buffet for 15 years. The quality has sadly declined, but the price has not. I was open-minded when they switched to self-serve drinks, but now they have cheapened the mashed potatoes (are these pasty potatoes instant? I'm not sure..), watery mac and cheese, and they’ve removed the pecan pie tarts from the buffet for cocoa crispies instead, among other things. They’ve cut virtually every corner possible. This buffet is busy enough to justify the investment, so why go so cheap? Do the right thing and restore this buffet to its former quality. Maybe it's time for a new chef and a new manager. Until there's change, I'm out!

The Buffet at Bellagio sets the standard for what a true Las Vegas buffet should be. The food selection is incredible—more like a world-class culinary tour than a typical buffet. From fresh seafood and carved meats to gourmet salads, Asian specialties, and an impressive dessert spread, every station delivers both variety and quality.
What really stands out is the attention to detail. Nothing feels mass-produced or generic. The dishes are well-seasoned, beautifully presented, and constantly refreshed, so you’re always getting something fresh and flavorful. Even the little touches—like made-to-order items and chef-curated dishes—make it feel like a luxury dining experience instead of just an all-you-can-eat setup.
The dessert station alone could be its own destination: pastries, gelato, cakes, and individual treats that taste as good as they look.
If you're looking for a buffet that combines selection, quality, and a touch of elegance, Bellagio delivers on all fronts. Come hungry, leave impressed

Food is terrible. Over priced and probably the worst buffet I’ve been too.

Tastes of all items (mains and desserts) were so mediocre. Desserts (tarts, etc.) were made from prepared products and of low quality. Cheesecakes were mostly cream rather than cheese. The only dessert that was good, was the vegan chocolate browny.
