Petra greeted me at the door. She was very pleasant the moment I entered. She was my waitress, my hostess and cashier. She was running the entire breakfast floor on her own. My meal came out with great presentation but the star of the day was Petra. Petra had about 7 tables from what I can see and I can only imagine her stress level. However I am only imagining it because she carried her self well and positive. Manager was seen a total of 3 times. He cleaned a table and brought a meal out. Petra was bringing out triple the amount of plates and was cleaning her own tables. Petra should be running the restaurant I can only imagine what she can do then. Very impressed with today's service.
