As long as you buy the chicken and beef, you will be all right. Just dont ask for the "fresh turkey" they promised me it wasn't frozen. When they handed me the box, it had ice on the bottom. I asked the guy behind the counter one more time. "Is or was this frozen?" he assured me it wasn't. When I got home, I started to prep the turkey. Guess what..... the inside was frozen..... it ruined my turkey dinner. It's such a shame. Luckily, I also bought a prime rib from there, and it came out amazing! Stay away from the frozen turkeys. Would be nice to actually get a fresh turkey! Please let me know if you guys really get fresh ones. I'll give you another shot.

If you're in search of a local butcher known for high-quality cuts, this neighborhood gem is worth a visit. They offer a wide variety of meats, including Wagyu beef and dry-aged options. Their sausage selection is impressive as well; I highly recommend trying the cheeseburger sausage. Additionally, they have a deli that serves up cold cut sandwiches, which are substantial and satisfying meals in their own right.

Always a great experience at The Butcher Block. Freshly cut meats and great prices. I love the tumbled bourbon ribeyes, the arrogant bastard marinated pork chops and the house made sausages. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.

Finally... back to real meat that isn't so tough and chewy. AND, although prices are up everywhere, the cuts from here make me feel closer to a realistic value than my other sources.

I have fallen in love with their stuffed sweet peppers with their amazing house-made and packed Italian sausages, both hot and mild.

Ghost pepper burgers and sausage too - enough said.

Take $100 and you'll be happy!

Very busy place. Excellent meats and seafood. We get bones for our dogs here too!

Great meat. Very high prices. Double what I am used to. Also got the scallops but after getting them home and thawing out, half the weight was water.

Quality of meat is terrible. Our normal butcher is far so we tried this shop which is a little closer to home and my husband came back with the meat I needed and it is disgusting. Might as well go to the sale section of dollar store for the same quality. I can’t believe this place has such good reviews!
