John is fantastic! Never get rid of him, he is absolutely amazing! He deserves not only a raise but a percentage of the business. I would buy him an island if I could! My sister doesn’t drink, and she was treated so well, he made it so fun for us, he would ask us what we preferred, and he made it so cool for us. He would have us guess what was in our drinks and it was just an experience! It was like ratatouille, fireworks in my mouth. But seriously the atmosphere that John created for us was absolutely amazing! He knows his flavors and profiles so well, it was such a great experience!

Only come here if you are planning to make reservations for the lock. The main place is a miss. It's kinda cool atmosphere and concept although I wish they explained it better. The cocktails however suck, but I read a lot about the lock and I think those would be good. Haven't tried so again avoid the main bar and be cautious that the lock may or may not be better. VIP is expensive but seems even cooler location. Entry to the lock is extremely disappointing.

Super unique and fun spot for drinks and knowledge! Get into all the drawers and cabinets to see and learn about artifacts the world over! Friendly bartenders with great self expression. Enjoyed the Festival of Lights signature drink. There's a few secrets to this spot for those up for a puzzle, challenge, and in love with intrigue. 11/10 highly recommended.

John at the main bar is an absolutely amazing bartender...went back two nights in a row and spent waaay too much money just to enjoy his drinks and conversation...we never entered the lock so I cannot speak for that experience. But John made us numerous personalized craft cocktails, he is an absolute gem!

Drinks were not worth the price. Old fashioned was so heavily smoked you couldn't taste anything else. The Pomegranate mojito just tastes like lime. All the curiosities are boring and the stories accompanying them are fake. It's a tourist trap. The furniture was cool though.

I won a 500$ VIP speak easy experience from a silent auction to benefit the hospital I work at paid 250$. what a disappointment 300$ VIP room was hot one little fan. My bill was 1600$ for 90 minutes not bad for 9 people. We had to flag down the manager to pay our bill. They added 18% and not even the manager mentioned it. we were in a hurry to leave our shuttle was waiting the room was dark I didn’t notice the gratuity added we tipped on top 437$ tip for a hot room and very poor service !! Spoke to the manager who helped me schedule she deferred me to her director with no response! My advice skip this place definitely the VIP room is not worth 300$!! Go somewhere else and spend your money !

Great service and atmosphere. Staff was on point and understanding of the drunk wedding party, which I apologized multiple times. I guess they see it all the time. Definitely recommend it.

Had to make a reservation for the lock in the speak easy, which is fine but they never came out to call us, apparently we had to check back in to let them know we were still there waiting. Once inside our waitress took our order a brought our drinks but we waited over an hour for our second drink and only got it because we chased her down. After finishing our second drink we had to ask a random staff member for our check then someone else to take it. The staff is not very attentive. Paying $25 a drink you think you would get better service especially since there is not many people allowed in the lock and it’s a more “personal “ atmosphere. Was disappointed in the service and lack of effort

It's a bit pricy but tasty and definitely has a cool atmosphere. Solving the puzzles playing the drums. Watching the magic door. Lol.
