This place was absolute mayhem behind the counter… at every station. Workers were scrambling around with bags of bagels everywhere, and seemed to have no idea for how to organize themselves. I stood for 10 minutes waiting on my drinks and observed that NO drinks came out at all during that time, even though there were at least 3 people trying to manage the drink machine in what also seemed like a state of panic and more disorganization. At least one of the people at the register...
Although I haven't had the opportunity to dine at their indoor restaurant, my daughter and I visited their outdoor booth and ordered a raspberry sorbet and a giant chocolate chip cookie. We both agreed that they were delicious! My daughter enjoyed the sorbet, while I absolutely loved the chocolate chip cookie. The only regret I have is that we only got one cookie.
The place is nice, as expected from an upscale hotel as the Wynn. Unfortunately, the coffee and food are not up to par, (although the prices are). I literally got a better boxed sandwich from the CVS across the street. I’m sure they can do better.
