The Capital Grille

Always good service. Steaks great, appetizers great. Lobster bisque and French onion great. Dessert good. Haven't had a bad meal from here ever.

These wonderful people are truly the best in the business. We have dined all over the world and certainly at numerous Capital Grilles. Vegas is BY FAR ZERO COMPARISON the best location! The staff is so passionate about their work. Derick was absolutely fantastic. Danielle stopped by to ensure we had an amazing experience. Food was perfect as always. Views were amazing. Fine dining where you leave feeling like family. Can't wait to be back!

Amazing meal with family. Atmosphere is perfect, wait staff were the best, extremely knowledgeable and helpful with recommendations. The food is unbelievable. If you're looking for something truly special you must go to Capital Grille.

Everything was wonderful! Celebrated our mother's 82nd birthday and they made so special for her. Every one was so polite and attentive. Will definitely go back.

We celebrated our 29th year anniversary and we were spoiled beyond belief! The service was exceptional. The food was unbelievable. Everything was just perfect.

I’ve had better steak at Longhorn, which is sad considering it was a $77 steak. The potatoes are mediocre. The only decent item was the clam chowder. Sink broken in the men’s bathroom, A/C was broken throughout the restaurant, and elevator was broken to the main desk. You also have the biggest billboard on the hotel across the street flashing lights incessantly. The most disappointing part was the service. The waitress acted like it was a burden we were there. They forgot to get us more bread and forgot to get us steak knives. This might sound petty but this is not the service you would expect from a place like this. Also the restaurant wasn’t packed. Maybe 25% of the tables were full on a Friday night. Go to Ruth’s Chris. Service is always excellent.

Our table was well decorated with birthday cards in handwritten! Our waitress was Danielle ! She was so sweet and provided such great lunch experiences. Foods are delicious and we got birthday desserts for free ! Very romantic ambiance! Nice view ! Highly recommended! Will definitely go back next time !

Omg! The food and service were phenomenal. We stayed and ate at the Wynn's upper end restaurants but this place was less expensive and SO much better! Our server was JT and I wanted to adopt him LOL. I've had lots of good service but these guys were tops. Go! You will be glad you did!!

The food is amazing but the staff are somehow even better. Great service, very professional. Will be here again when I’m in Vegas.

I visited many Capital Grill‘s and the food here lived up to the expectation, which is always amazing! Danielle was absolutely fantastic, probably one of the top gun members of the organization! Great food great atmosphere great service.

This place is absolutely amazing! Everytime we come here we are reminded that it’s hands down one of the best quality, high end places we have been to. Try the lobster Mac and cheese and thank me later - it is the best in the world!
