The Capital Grille

Amazing experience for a holiday banquet in the private dining room! David and Daniela were our servers and they were engaging, efficient, and always made sure we had what we needed. The entire meal, including appetizers, salads, main courses, and desserts were plentiful and delicious. The coffee drinks with dessert were a nice compliment. Don't forget to park in the garage off Fashion Show Drive and Las Vegas Blvd; there is a special elevator behind the valet section, in the front corner of the garage, that goes up to the the restaurants, including Capital Grille on the 3rd floor.

The staff is friendly and professional gave me good ideas on my hairstyle overall I got a really cute and pretty haircut.

The cheesecake is phenomenal!!! We ate here for lunch. We ate french onion soup, chicken breast with mushroom and parmasan russotto, mini tenderloin sandwiches. All of the food is delicious. Highly recommend. We did not have to make reservations for lunch.

We sat in the bar area an were waited on by the bartender, Shauna. She was a delight. Very prompt and attentive and even brought us bday cake. We always visit CP when we are in Vegas. Thank you again for a lovely experience. See you in March!

First time visiting The Capital Grille, Fashion Show Mall, Las Vegas and was fortunate to catch the Wagyu and Wine paring in the lounge. The Wagyu burger paired with Dave Phinney, Orin Swift Palermo, Cabernet Sauvignon was amazing!! We were most impressed with Ademir Garcia, bartender and culinary advisor for our dining experience. Even though we were there for the special, he made it a point to make our evening special. We caught the end of happy hour in the lounge and the wines by the glass were surprisingly outstanding (as opposed to others' happy hour house wines). Convenient, valet parking with elevator right to the 3rd Floor door made our visit safe and simply enjoyable. Definitely planning to visit again in the near future, especially for Special Occasions!!
