The Capital Grille

Capital Grille is in its own space. The service and food is always on point. Your meal is cooked to your perfection and desire. Recommend it 10 out of 10.

The sliced filet was unreal...so delicious. Great service too. Needed to ask for a single cube in my old fashioned...that was lame.

We have never had a bad meal at capital Grill. Our waiter Josh was Fabulous! We will be back again.

Celebrated my husband's birthday. We had calamari, ribeye steak, salmon, Caesars salad, and truffle fries. We enjoyed the calamari, steak and salmon. The fries were a little hard in texture, but overall, it was a great experience. We love the ambiance, and nice view of the LV Strip. John is our server and he was very attentive. 😊

The Capital Grille delivered an absolutely exceptional dining experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was elegant yet warm and social, making it perfect for a special night out. The food was immaculate—every dish was flawlessly prepared and bursting with flavor. We enjoyed the lobster, sushi-grade seared sesame tuna, lobster mac 'n cheese, Sam's mashed potatoes, and the pan-fried calamari with hot cherry peppers, all of which were outstanding. For dessert, the crème brûlée was the perfect finish, paired beautifully with the Blackberry Bourbon Sidecar. The service truly elevated the experience—our server David was excellent: attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming . The Capital Grille sets the standard for what a steakhouse should be. Elegant, delicious, and memorable—we can't wait to return.

Amazing experience for a holiday banquet in the private dining room! David and Daniela were our servers and they were engaging, efficient, and always made sure we had what we needed. The entire meal, including appetizers, salads, main courses, and desserts were plentiful and delicious. The coffee drinks with dessert were a nice compliment. Don't forget to park in the garage off Fashion Show Drive and Las Vegas Blvd; there is a special elevator behind the valet section, in the front corner of the garage, that goes up to the the restaurants, including Capital Grille on the 3rd floor.

The staff is friendly and professional gave me good ideas on my hairstyle overall I got a really cute and pretty haircut.
