From the moment we walked into The Capital Grille, we were treated to a top-tier dining experience. The ambiance was elegant yet comfortable, perfect for a special night out. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations throughout the evening. The food was exceptional—each dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. The dry-aged steak was cooked to perfection, and the lobster mac and cheese was rich and indulgent. We also appreciated the extensive wine list and the sommelier's helpful pairing suggestions. This wasn't just a meal—it was a memorable experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for elevated dining with impeccable service. We'll definitely be returning!

The server we had was absolutely amazing. We have no issues with him whatsoever however, I am celiac and very sensitive to any gluten and cross contamination. We've gone to this restaurant many times as a go to where I don't have to worry about getting gluten however last night, I don't know what I ate at that restaurant, but I became very ill And was sick all night. It was disappointing as I've always been so very careful and thought this restaurant was careful too. The only thing I could think of is they gave me a bread basket and said everything in that basket was all gluten-free bread however there was a cracker in there and I assumed it was gluten-free because it was in the gluten-free bread basket, but I'm wondering if that cracker was gluten-free and of course I ate it cause I was excited to get a cracker that I could actually eat and it was good. The ambience the service and my husband and grandson's food was amazing and again my food was good but there had to be something gluten in that food

Have been to this location with success in the past if anything could go wrong it happened. If this had been my experience in the past it would not have repeated itself. Poorly prepared food and a manger that behaved in a way that should be terminated. Great brand with disgusting response.

Excited to go for burgers with the group before a show at the sphere. Researched best burgers in LV, it was considered one of the best. Nothing worse than an overcooked burger. Aside from that, great wine.

I took my wife for her birthday lunch. The service was excellent. The food presentation and taste was great and they gave us cheesecake and chocolate, mousse, and champagne for a dessert treat.

We had a wonderful lunch celebrating our anniversary! The staff was great and the food was amazing!! We normally only go for dinner but we agreed our lunch was the best we've had at capital grille! We will be back!

We selected Capital Grille for my daughter's Birthday dinner with our family while staying in Las Vegas. By far the best decision we made! From the ambience to the food and the service, everything was top tier and my daughter enjoyed herself for her birthday! I would 10/10 recommend and will be back next time I'm in Las Vegas!

I'd rather go here than Golden Steer to be honest. I think the food is better and you don't need a reservation 4 months ahead of time and it's not ridiculously overpriced. The lamb is my favorite dish on the menu and any of the desserts are sure to please.
