We sat in the bar area an were waited on by the bartender, Shauna. She was a delight. Very prompt and attentive and even brought us bday cake. We always visit CP when we are in Vegas. Thank you again for a lovely experience. See you in March!

First time visiting The Capital Grille, Fashion Show Mall, Las Vegas and was fortunate to catch the Wagyu and Wine paring in the lounge. The Wagyu burger paired with Dave Phinney, Orin Swift Palermo, Cabernet Sauvignon was amazing!! We were most impressed with Ademir Garcia, bartender and culinary advisor for our dining experience. Even though we were there for the special, he made it a point to make our evening special. We caught the end of happy hour in the lounge and the wines...

I dont give out many 5 stars, but my experience at The Capital Grille was beyond excellent. Everyone in the party commented how everything from the service to the food far exceeded their expectations. This has definitely moved up to the top of my list now for when I'm in town and have someone I want to impress.
