I am from Indiana, my favorite and only remaining Aunt lives in Las Vegas where this heavenly Cheesecake Baker is stationed. My aunt and I were FaceTiming and I told her I was making a cheesecake. my kids ordered me a blueberry cheesecake from here for my birthday because they wanted to support a local business versus a corporate chain restaurant. it was yummy! not too dense and not too sweet. this will be our go-to place for our future birthday celebrations!
