I contacted the owner last minute last night on his website bc the store showed it close. My daughter told me its her teachers birthday tomorrow(today) that she likes cheesecake.. I didn't want to worry so I continued to search n as I'm in the process of putting in the order for cheesecake factory he calls me said he has 1 left. I got in the car n drove right to get it. I forgot to take a picture of it but I already got the message from my daughter's teacher this...

Perfect balance of richness and sweetness , not super sweet like supermarket chessecakes. The thickness and fluff was perfect of the cream area, the base layer crust was chocolate and rich, and moist had some crunch to it. I think this is the best chessecake I've ever had

Amazing cheesecake! Arguably the best cheesecake in town and honestly some of the best cheesecake I’ve ever had. I am a cheesecake connoisseur and can eat cheesecake every day lol (and I have). I ordered the chocolate mousse cake. His cakes taste genuinely homemade and delicious, no hints of artificial at all. Cheesecake Factory or commercial ones just don’t taste high quality like this!

My friends and boyfriend have gotten me cheesecakes from this baker...
