The Cheesecake Factory offers a hit-or-miss experience with their food and service. The Italian sausage and mushroom rigatoni was a bit dry, while the fish and chips were overcooked. The coleslaw was not very good either. Despite this, the portions were big and the service was quick. The atmosphere can be uncomfortable due to very loud music and cold air conditioning. However, the cucumber lemonade and the impossible burger with salad were delicious and served in generous portions. The staff provided top-notch service, even when dealing with difficult customers. The parking is normal, and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible. Overall, The Cheesecake Factory is a great place to dine, even during busy times, as long as you are prepared for potentially inconsistent food quality and a lively atmosphere.
