Weather was hot and dry and we got tired and hungry after a few hours at North Premium Outlet Vegas. That’s when we decided to take a break and grab food and drinks at Cheesecake Factory.
What a great decision!
The restaurant was not too crowded at that hour and we managed to get seat immediately. The server assigned to our table was fantastic - friendly, helpful and accommodating.
The food was great. Steak, Meatloaf, Soups and Salads were all delicious. The chef(s) did a great job that day for us. Even Pad Thai - a traditional dish from Thailand - was good and well prepared.
Obviously we needed to try the Cheesecake at the Cheesecake Factory, correct? I would say you cannot go wrong with their cheesecake. My tastebuds agree that they have one of the better tasting and flavourful original cheesecake.
Definitely a must to return and have another meal when I am next in Vegas.

Took a long time to receive menus. Took even longer for a drink and appetizers. I normally Love cheesecake factory but this was not a good experience at this location. I normally go to a different one but was in the area.

Our food was not prepared well.
My chipotle penne was dry. So dry as if there was a shortage on chipotle.
Did not enjoy our meals.
A friend came back a week later traveling with her mom and they came back and reported the same thing.
Will not recommend
Vegas is not how it was anymore.

Worse service in Las Vegas, first the Host told us:” I don’t care where you want to seat,”, after we asked to seat next to window, we waited more than 10 minutes for a greeting or no one acknowledged us, after that experience, we decided to walk out of the restaurant, we asked for the manager on our way out, we explained what happened and she also didn’t care about our experience it’s sad to see how bad the customer service is in this restaurant.
I guess they just don’t care anymore.

It is not the same as it used to be. Just an average restaurant on my opinion.

My name is Wilfredo and I work in high end retail at Ceasars. Been ordering at least once a week from the kids menu because is an appropriate portion for me. It’s n 8/31 I went to pick up my food as usual and was approached by a manager telling they won’t be serving me from the kids menu unless it’s for an actual kid. To me that was very rude. I feel I was discriminated for being an adult. If a family goes with a child and the kid wants food from the adult menu… would you deny them service ? I usually send my clients to go eat at your restaurant… for sure NOT anymore.

Saw only 1 couple. Yet the place was very dark. No bread, had to wait :20 for bread, it is world famous bread and should be ready at all times. Will not stop going.
