Took a long time to receive menus. Took even longer for a drink and appetizers. I normally Love cheesecake factory but this was not a good experience at this location. I normally go to a different one but was in the area.
This Cheesecake Factory was such a letdown. It took 45 minutes to get our food, and we barely had time to eat before rushing out. The burger was delicious, but the slow service completely killed the vibe. Definitely not the experience I’m used to at Cheesecake Factory.
