This Cheesecake Factory was such a letdown. It took 45 minutes to get our food, and we barely had time to eat before rushing out. The burger was delicious, but the slow service completely killed the vibe. Definitely not the experience I’m used to at Cheesecake Factory.
Very busy, family orientated, friendly staff. Waited 15 minutes for a table at the bar where the bartender was warm and friendly, did I mention it was a busy Friday night a few days before the Christmas Holiday, overall it was a nice visit. And I would come here again.
I think it's overpriced for what it is. Food isn't as flavorful as I'd hoped. It was pretty bland when it came to the appetizers. Main course was good, but not for the price it was. On the upside, the turtle cheesecake was perfect, and the service was pretty good, she made.sure we had everything we needed.
