I just asked for a medianoche with no cheese for allergy reasons and they said they couldn’t do it even though it appears they make their sandwiches to order. Disappointing as we walked all the way here for a medianoche

Bring back the small beignet! The big beignet is just like a pancake it’s too cakey.

Other than my Mom’s, best grilled cheese ever! Crispy outside, gooey cheese inside. Absolutely delicious. We split it and the plantain chips and didn’t finish the chips. Lord knows I wanted to, dipping each strip in the green chimichurri type salsa. I had to restrain myself. Nice area to eat $ people watching. There was a line in front of us at 6 pm but it went fast. The wait for the buzzer & our food about 10-15 minutes. Piping hot! No pictures of food-we were hungry.

What a fantastic food truck in the middle of the Park MGM. I got the medianoche which was delicious. Just enough kick. The pork was very tender. The sandwich was reasonably priced, but that can of diet pepsi will knock you back $5. lol

Went for the large Beignet and was not disappointed. Fresh made and made me wanting more. 100% shareable but just buy one each!

Located next to the Nomad casino area.
There are some special food truck decorations and peripheral products for sale.

I loved it to visit Chef Truck! After the Movie and the Chef Show a must visit when you are in Vegas! We had the grilled cheese sandwich and a Cubano! Really enjoyed it and absolutely recommend it! Thank you Roy!

The food is good. The atmosphere reminds me of a mall food court, the staff were very friendly. My only gripe is that as a fan of the movie I was very disappointed that they didn't have the Cubano with meat (It'sthe reason I went there), they only had the vegan option.

I was fascinated by the concept of the photo truck from the movie but I didn't like the taste of the sandwiches

Just garbage breakfast sandwich. Premade bacon, sausage and eggs on a soggy bun.
McDonald’s look fresher.
