Our food was barely warm. I hag the Chubby Chicken and my wife had the Chubby Beef which tasted good but they weren't at a good
temperature to consume. Our side orders we good. I got the pretzel bites and she got churro bites

Hit this place up because of the TV show... It was a pretty good sandwich, but priced like it was gonna change your life. Sorry, but just a place.

It was good. I loved the Cubano sandwich, I was expecting it to be bigger and better looking (so I could take a picture) but it just looked like a flat sandwich. But it tasted very good 😊 I totally recommend.
It's in the casino so very noisy and lots of people, I was expecting something different, cleaner and a cool atmosphere, but it's just a facade.
The service is neutral, just like a fast food drive though.
Nothing memorable except for the little Chef replica truck.

There is a food truck located near the foyer to the three banks of elevators to the rooms and close to the lobby. You must pass by it to get to the casino. It offers sandwiches, including Cubano, grilled cheese, cheesesteak, and a selection of canned drinks.
We ate there after the Bruno Mars concert because it, and Side Betty Grill, where the only venues open at 11:30pm. We shared a grilled cheese sandwich ($12), and I had a can of coffee ($8) and my tablemate a bottle of water ($5). The sandwich tasted good, but I suffered a stomach ailment the next day. I attributed it to the canned coffee as it contained milk and I’m lactose-intolerant.
Note to self: read the labels carefully. Rating: 3, as it wasn’t worth $32.09.

We got the Chubby Chicken, it was flavor full, not greasy, but fried like an egg roll. Good job!!
We did mobile order. The woman working the window was friendly and upbeat.

The new menu is the pits. Please at least bring back the Austin Midnight sandwich. That was delicious. Service leaves lots of room for improvement. I like the location being in the fresh air of Park MGM but they need a reboot.... again.

I was so excited to see The Chef’s food truck at Park MGM and was really looking forward to trying it! Loved the movie!
I did really enjoy The Chef Truck Cubano as it was nice and toasted and the bread was soft!
I also enjoyed the Hand Burger Pie because of the pastry. It definitely reminded me of a beef patty.
Where The Chef Truck falls short is their staff. No smile, not welcoming and there was attitude. Even though we told them we were dining in, we didn’t get a try for some reason.
It looks like others who’ve dined here have experienced similar customer service, which is unfortunate.

Unfortunately my Cubano had sold cold spots in the middle and the exterior didn't get that crust i was looking for

They recently re-did their menu but we just went for the classic cubano. The sandwich was good with lots of meat, cheese, pickles and mustard but it was quite salty and needed a decent amount of extra mustard to cut the greasy-ness of the meat. Overall, pretty good to grab downstairs and eat in our room
there was also a super interesting chef truck tardis on display outside which we had fun looking at while we waited for our food

Sad this place has bad reviews. I got the Chubby Bean Taquitos. They are shorter and fatter than normal taquitos and I was happy to know that because I was hungry! They were SO SO good. It came with 2 filled with yummy gooey cheese and refried beans topped with all the good stuff. The cotija cheese made it! It doesn’t taste like a TexMex type but, has some kind of unique rich flavor. I was beyond happy and beyond full and at that price in Vegas I couldn’t complain!! I probably could have stopped at one but it was so good.
As I was eating I was reading on the place and had no clue about Chef the movie but, saw the bad reviews and had to add here. At that point I had eaten almost everything but I took a photo anyways 😂 happy eating. Highly recommended

Good food , and service. Just parking was hectic and no validation. Made the trip out here also, the lobby was non smoking compared to other hotels which is a plus. Hours need to be updated on Google and no phone number to call about.

I've had a lot better Cubano's almost everywhere else - not much meat, not much filling, and a lot of bread proportionally. On the other hand, the stuffed chicken taquitos were delicious, but they weren't taquitos - they were stuffed flautas.
